Some of the products I ordered were damaged in transit, and there was also a slight mix up in the order - I had ordered unsweetened tea bags but was sent sweetened by mistake. However, the customer service was excellent, and I received a swift refund. So I am giving a good rating.

Great selection for our adventure into Indian cooking! The Haldiram naan and rotis are particularly noteworthy, as is the spice selection. My one issue is the order is often shipped in styrofoam to keep it cool. I think the styrofoam is reused, but it still seems bad for the environment.

Yes the boxes are Re-used and they comes from abroad mostly with various vegetables. Although they are bad for environment at the end but without them there will be lots of waste of foods and by re-using them we are not adding anything but stay co2 neutral.
