We trusted our representative when heâŠ
We trusted our representative when he told us we would get a return or rebate with our taxes for financing in solar panels. We got nothing! I hope this will not up our payments. We got a letter saying if we didnât turn in that money our bill will go up. I hope we will not be penalized for a false promise. I will not be telling people to get solar panels.

We, and as we understand it your Installer, always recommend that the homeowner consult with their own tax professional to understand how solar tax benefits will specifically impact their individual tax situation, as everyone's circumstances are different.
Unfortunately, certain tax situations can prevent or reduce the use of the full federal solar tax credit. We encourage you to speak with your tax professional about whether you can use any remaining credit on future tax filings.
