Be informal and thorough.

What I did not like was it took very long , it’s winter so the house was very cold, there were children in the house, electronics could not be charged. There was no prior notice of needing to shut power off. After the job was completed, all information was not submitted and I had to send in the information thank God I was home from work to do so or else we would not get our incentive.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

between dealing with ES Solar and Sungage, and having to fill out the SAME FREAKING DOCUMENTATION 5 times, you would think that someone would figure out what they are doing over there!!!

In this case, the additional signatures were required as part of a reapplication process. Son muy seguros ya que después de la terminación del proceso que se manda la evidencia hasta que no se contactan con ustedes no pagan o sea que hay mucha seguridad, te explican todo el proceso de financiación y aclaran cualquier duda que tengas en mi opinión son muy profesionales y confiables

I like my solar

I like my solar, the Cavu solar company install this system very good, now in day time with sunny, my house is using all power by solar panels not using Novec electronic, Cavu solar, all peoples are so nice and honest, Thanks all

Inaccurate information provided about financing

The timeline for repayment of the loan does not match the interest that is being applied. Not at all pleased with the service received after funding

I am quite satisfied.

Everyone I interacted with communicated clearly, and completely. Staff returned my calls promptly, The process was as painless as they could make it. Every effort was made to make sure that the project was completed within the timeframe required.
