Rubbish service
Ordered replacement arms for sunglasses. Chased several times by email and phoned… nothing. Even flagged with bank as fraud as their response was non existent! Did manage to speak to someone eventually and cancelled order. Rubbish service which could have been mitigated with a bit of communication. Avoid.
I wished I’d read the reviews before…
I wished I’d read the reviews before making a purchase! I was quoted 3-5 days delivery on some replacement lenses. Almost 4 weeks later I was still waiting, I emailed them twice with no reply, I messaged them twice on their website messenger. Then one day I got a random call from Bolton to tell me the item was out of stock and would I consider an alternative. I said yes and the items were delivered within 24 hours. I dont think they are fake as some are suggesting, they look like the originals they are replacing and are branded with the logo. They should tell you on the website if the item is out of stock not 4 weeks later! I wouldn’t use them again.

DREADFUL EXPERIENCE
DREADFUL EXPERIENCE! I ordered a pair of rayban sunglasses they were supposedly 'in stock'. 10 days later, i'd heard nothing nor received confirmation of any dispatch. When i emailed to get an update on the status of the order, they told me they werent able to order these sunglasses in anymore, and would have to cancel the order. 7 days later, i have received no refund nor any response to my emails chasing this. DO NOT ASSUME ITEMS ARE IN STOCK EVEN IF THEY SAY THEY ARE.
Saved a huge expense of new sunglasses
Had a tiny component break (my fault) and could only find two places online that could replace it (one required sending sunglasses to them, no cheaper option to replace myself as this was at the same cost!). Sunglassrepairs.co.uk (raybanrepairs.co.uk) had the part, £15 delivered. Heard nothing for two weeks despite emailing (order had said 5-10 working days if parts had to be ordered in, so still within timescale), then called on the phone 01204 691888 (reason was given for lack of email response). Update given immediately, part was on order from Italy, however identical part used in another type was already on the shelf so was sent out and arrived the next day. Excellent service and saved buying a new pair of sunglasses. Calling got through straight away, seems to be a forgotten artform these days!!!

I start with a massive thank you for fixing my 50 year old RayBan Aviator which was repaired/badley 30 years ago and because of that I simply did not use it. When I send it to the Sunglassrepairs I had very little hope but when I received it today I was more than happy and surprised to the repair you have done. Thank you and well done.🙏🙏🙏

Items appear fake. I ordered a RayBan case that was ridiculously flimsy, and the spring wouldn't let it stay closed. What use is a half-open case?
Other reviews here mention that they have contacted RayBan and that these guys are not certified resellers at all, and that the items are not real. Scoundrels! I wish I had checked before ordering.
I asked to return and was told to send the item back but all correspondence afterward was ignored. I asked multiple times for a postage label, and they simply ignored my emails.
Ended up getting the amount charged back via the bank. I'd recommend others do the same if you have the same issues as I did.
Really pleased overall
Really pleased overall, I ordered replacement lenses for my fiancées Raybans however when they arrived they were the wrong colour. This was my fault as I'd not provided the correct colour code. I immediately contacted them on their Web chat & was surprised within minutes someone actually rang me. I explained the issue and the guy was really helpful told me where on the glasses arm the code was. Unfortunately they were out of stock & had to be ordered from Italy. The guy guessed 4 days turnaround but 2 weeks later they'd not arrived [this is why 4 stars not 5]. I rang them using the number they rang me on & got straight through. There was some sort of issue where the tracking said they'd arrived in store but they couldn't be found so they immediately reordered for me. At this point I was starting to feel uncomfortable thinking they might be giving me the run around, however they got in touch to say they'd received the replacement lenses and they'd been shipped to me by RM24. They arrived a couple of days later and were exactly what I needed perfect colour match, screw holes all perfectly aligned etc and I have no doubt they're genuine parts despite other reviews to the contrary. Like I say they would've got a 5 star review had it not been the long delay between return of incorrect lenses and arrival of correct lenses, their customer service communications on webchat and telephone was spot on. Highly recommend but worth getting in touch prior to placing your order to double check colour codes etc to avoid my particular issue
Sadly not a great experience
Sadly not a great experience. Ordered clear gold nose pads, for my ray bans, with expected 3-5 working days delivery. 3 weeks after my order was confirmed, I still hadn’t received them and had no email about my order being dispatched or any communication regarding it.
After emailing the company about my order, asking for it to either be delivered asap or to give me a full refund. I then received my order, within 3 days.. almost a month after the order was made. But it was the wrong colour item, they were silver, not gold!
Although they eventually sent me the correct item, very promptly, after complaining again. I am still not happy with my experience and will not be using them again.
Poor CS & incorrect product
I asked the live chat representative whether the product I’ve enquired about was the correct colour as per my requirement. Reassurance was made that the product code would be silver and that they didn’t have gold in stock.
Made the order and low & behold, the gold style turns up at my door. I emailed back straight away and have been on live chat and I’m no closer to resolution.
Don’t trust the live chat representative and be sure it’s absolutely what you need as per requirement before making the purchase.
Not impressed so far
Theyve had my glasses a few weeks since 13th November but arent replying to emails askig when I get my glasses back

Once I finally figured out who to contact- they reached out, answered my question- I sent my broken (I was 💔 glasses) to them- they repaired them SO QUICKLY and mailed them back! They are like brand new! I’m so pleased
Had an oops moment, but quickly fixed
Had an oops moment with my expensive Ray Ban Polarised sunglasses and didn't fancy shelling-out hundreds of £'s for a new set. Googled Ray Ban repairs and these guys popped up and the majority of the reviews were positive. So gave it a go and so pleased we did. Sent off the sunglasses (and 30 quid), which were acknowledged within 2 days; stated we needed a new arm and that would be an additional £20/-, which we paid and within 48 hours my sunglasses were delivered back to us. Completely repaired - like a new pair. Great service, less than 10 days from beginning to end and pretty good value we think.

The Company Is Not a Certified Reseller
The company asserts that it is a Certified Reseller of Ray Ban. It is not. I contacted Ray Ban, and this was their reply.
Anyone could check with Ray Ban.
I have not purchased anything from them, although there prices seemed competitive, compared with the real market.
There is no way to check if their products are really authentic. They claim so. Yet, they also claim that they are a certified reseller.

What a great service, I lost the end tip of a Rayban and couldn’t find any way of getting a new one from the original place that I purchased them from. I googled where to buy and sunglassrepair.co.uk came up, I was a bit sceptical as the website/logo isn’t the most professional looking but for £9 I thought I’d chance it … ordered and within a few days, they arrived and free delivery also! thank you so much
