So, I'd avoid sunlu.....
So, to begin with I ordered a sunlu AMS heater for my Bambu Labs AMS system. This seemed like a great idea and product. But, who knows. I'm probably never going to receive it. Why? Because they use the shop app, which is buggy, full of spyware and actually doesn't do what it needs to. Mainly, track the order. You have NO way to track your order unless you use this shop app. It does ask you to log in. No issue. But, then it wants your email, and it wants you to log into your email through the shop app. This, to me, is phishing in the most obvious way.
So, sunlu needs to do better. Provide a way to track the package without having to give out secure information.
This isn't the first issue with sunlu though. I've purchased FDM filament and it is, to be perfectly blunt, garbage. Poor spooling to the point where it tangles and you lose at least half the roll, not a very good quality filament and inconsistent diameters make their filament products not worth the money.
And customer service? What customer service? You send an email and never hear from them. They have your money, why bother actually returning an email query?
I'll never purchase form sunlu again as a result of this shady shipping practice.

Starker giftiger Geruch und kein Kundenservice
Ich hatte den Sunlu S4 Filamenttrockner dieses Jahr gekauft. Leider roch dieser extrem stark und giftig. Mir wurde auch schlecht und ich bekam Kopfschmerzen in der NÀhe. Dies hatte sich nicht gebessert, weshalb ich mit dem Kundenservice Kontakt aufnahm.
Die Aussage nach mehreren Mails war: Das Problem ist nicht bekannt und nicht reproduzierbar (obwohl es sehr viele Berichte darÌber bei Reddit, Amazon, etc. gibt) und Geruch sei subjektiv. Ich sollte mir Geruchsabsorber kaufen und verwenden, um Formaldehyd zu binden. Ein Austausch des GerÀts sei nicht möglich.
Der Hinweis auf Formaldehyd zeigt doch, dass dieses Problem wohlbekannt ist. Das ist ja auch wirklich giftig und ich hatte meine gesundheitlichen Auswirkungen beschrieben. Die Antwort war stets nur, dass es sehr subjektiv sei, wie etwas riecht. Wenn es wirklich Formaldehyd ist, ist die toxische Wirkung doch etwas sehr Objektives ⊠Das einzig Positive: Die Kommunikation war freundlich und ich bekam innerhalb weniger Tage stets eine Antwort.
Ich werde bei dieser Firma nichts mehr kaufen.
Refused exchange unit after 4 days
My ams heater is faulty and moisture is getting all over the electronics and power block. Sunlu wont allow me an exchange or refund even though legally im entitled to it. Will be going through the bank and reverse charging for fraudulent practice by the company.
Worst customer support
I have ordered some filaments, but never received them because they wrongly labelled the shipping address. The items were returned, and I never got a response from Sunlu for my emails. Customer support is the worst I have ever experienced.
Mangelhafte Verpackung und daher BeschÀdigte Lieferung
Bestellte drei Spulen PETG wovon einen durch die Schlampige Verpackung der Spulen leider gebrochen ist und daher nicht zu verwenden ist! Verpackung bestand aus einer Folie uber die Drei Original Sunlu Spulen Verpackungen und nicht mal ein wenig Luftpolsterfolie oder sonst was das dann beschÀdigte Artikel geliefert werden ist vorprogrammiert!
Der Support ist so was von uneinsichtig und meint das Sie nicht schuld sind und ich mich an den Versanddienstleister wenden solle, der aber nicht dafÌr zustÀndig ist, denn Fakt ist das Sunlu nur auf billigst verpackt und versendet!
Bis zum heuteigen Tag keine einsicht von Sunlu!

Price and Quality are top notch
Sunlu has some of the best PLA+ and PETG out there! I've used hundreds of rolls and the print consistency and quality is spot on, even better than some other big name brands. I have done many bulk orders direct from their website and even when I need a one off color here and there I still buy Sunlu from their amazon or ebay store. You really can't beat their price!
The absolute worse company ever
The absolute worse company to deal with. Take over 2 weeks to respond to any emails. And they refuse to take any returns of un open and unused items. Where they websites states that they do! And they legally must. On top of that the PETG filament is the worse I have used, the colour is sooo pale that the red looks like Matt pale pink. I will never be making another purchase from this company.

Ich habe Filament direkt bei SUNLU bestellt. Das Paket hÀngt nun seit Ìber einem Monat bei DHL in einer Nachverpackungsstelle fest. Leider zeigt sich SUNLU in dieser Situation nicht hilfsbereit und verweist lediglich auf DHL.
DHL wiederum kann mir nicht weiterhelfen, da das Paket angeblich nicht auffindbar ist â sodass ich aktuell komplett ohne Ware dastehe.
Besonders schade finde ich den Umgang seitens SUNLU: Die Antworten auf meine Anfragen sind kurz, unfreundlich und keineswegs zielfÌhrend. Von einem Hersteller hÀtte ich mir einen deutlich besseren Kundenservice erwartet.

Over 800 Rolls later......
I have been ordering from Sunlu for over 5 years, I have an online etsy shop that I make and sell Magic: The Gathering Deck Boxes. My entire business depends on quality filament that doesn't have any artifacts. I print on a Bambu Labs X1, P1P, and P1S printers exclusively; these are high-speed machines, and this filament does not disappoint. No errors, no clogs (there are a few, but it's very far and between and almost always because I forgot to do something)
The fact of the matter is, the results are very clean and smooth, and the price has always been very, very reasonable compared to most, if not all, other brands. I always buy the basic Black PLA, but I'm sure their standards of PETG are probably the same.
I would recommend this filament if you need consistent results. This is vital for my business, and that's what works for me. I've bought over 100 8-Roll cases from them, that's at least 800 rolls! And the only problem I ever had was a batch of recycled filament, but they helped me sort it out, and it all ended up working out well in the end.
Iâve been reading some of the reviews on here about their experiences and frankly it sounds like an obituary, I donât deny that they have had these experiences, I can only speak for myself.
