I paid extra for express delivery expecting prompt arrival, but the company insists on sending all parcels “signature required.” This meant the package couldn’t actually be delivered when I wasn’t home and was instead sent to the post office — completely defeating the point of express shipping.

For a $70 item, this policy is absurd. Customers should be able to choose whether they want to sign or have it left safely at their address. I now have to take time off work just to collect something I paid extra to have delivered quickly.

Until they review this outdated delivery policy, I’d recommend ordering from somewhere else where express delivery actually means what it says.

Best customer service i have experienced in a long time. I had an issue with an order, they responded to my email in less than 30 minutes and it was all resolved in less than an hour!

Firstly, the deluxe beach chair is one of the best thing’s I’ve ever bought. I wear it as a backpack and ride to the beach. The zip compartments fits more than I thought! So good! Love the look and it’s really comfortable both in the sitting and reclining position.

Also, the customer service is impeccable - old school, good old fashioned, proper care of their customers!

Great correspondence and problem solved on the same day

after a short period, we appeared to have a slow puncture in our Luxe lounger - the customer service team could not provide a repair kit ro confirm when they would be able to supply (missing from original supply), and agreed to replace to the item with a new one to avoid any further issues. Excellent customer service and recovery. Bravo!

I had a question about how to care for my daughter's diving buddies and they answered me in the same day! They gave me helpful instructions and were friendly. My daughter started using their diving buddy toys a week ago and they're still holding up so far.

Extremely awesome products. Love my new luxury lilo. I got both the single and twin version. I placed an order for a few more, 1/8 had a issue. Upon one arriving it had a small pinhole. They made the situation right asap. The rest were fine and or have been subject to normal wear.

Customer service is 10/10. I received not one but two faulty floats (the canopy on the baby float would not stay in the proper place) and the customer service was exceptional and FAST! I am excited to receive the third (upgraded/different model) float and use it with my baby this summer.
