I purchased swimming arm bands & a swim vest .. I accidentally put in wrong delivery address / customer service stepped in & changed it , excellent service & great quality products: happy grannie & grandson x

I too have not had the greatest experience with customer service. They charged me nearly £30 for delivery on two items the folding chairs, used one for the first time and day one it was fine and day two it wasn’t folding into a chair and was very temperamental. They are now wanting me to send back at my expense…I’m not willing to do that and not only that they want me to return it with all the tags in place or they will not accept! It’s a faulty item…I only knew it was faulty after I used it!! I have many of their items mostly lilo’s…they are on the pricey side although they are aesthetically pleasing…but I wouldn't say the quality wise it warrants the price…they are just at the prettier end of products…so you pay for pretty! I don’t feel a customer should be responsible for paying for returns on faulty products and their return policy differs from what the customer service reps are pitching…who are trying to get one over on their customers…that’s very greedy business practice in my mind!

Customer service is non-existent. I have emailed twice and called five times and left two messages. There is no response. And there is no response in my junk folders or spam if they try to pull that as an excuse.

They reply very quick if I have any question. Boughy several things for my kid since he was one year and always I repead do to high quality and nice things.

I am placing my first order with Sunnylife this year, purchasing items for the swimming pool—three items in total.
Unfortunately, two of them are defective.
The first item is a balloon with a swan inside. While the outer balloon inflates properly, the swan inside is faulty and immediately loses air.
The second item is an inflatable surfboard. The internal partitions appear to be incorrectly assembled, causing them to bulge when inflated. As a result, it is impossible for children to use it.
I am very disappointed with the quality of these products.

First and foremost the Sunnylife product is beautiful. I bought two pieces. However, some children decided to use the pool chair as a trampoline and the fabric tore. I immediately ordered another chair but then wondered if I could just get a new cover. When I reached out to customer service the wonderful people at Sunnylife, (after seeing the tear), with in minutes sent me a new chair for free. Talk about customer service. I am a huge fan both of their product and now their team.

Great product with even better customer service. We had a float that wasn’t keeping air from when it arrived. They were responsive and ultimately made it right.

Great Customer Service

I emailed Sunnylife to say that the product I ordered it was faulty. Didn’t wait long and I got email back saying that I can choose to have a refund or replacement. I chose to have a replacement and also asked if I could add something else to avoid paying for the postage so they were very happy to add more products to my replacement items without paying for the postage. Thank you !

Not usually one to write negative feedback. I wanted to exchange a product with a different selection 5 minutes after order. They can’t chnage the order or won’t contact their fulfilment on your behalf . If you want to exchange they don’t take responsibility and don’t offer a free exchange. Lovely products horrible customer service. Please beware when ordering. For expensive products you would think this is something taken into consideration

I ordered two Luxe Lie-On Loungers in Rattan from SunnyLIFE and they are beautiful. The quality is great and they look very high end. Customer service is extremely helpful and responsive. I highly recommend ordering from SunnyLIFE.

Had a slight issue with one of the items I received but the customer service team were all excellent at responding and resolving the issue in a very quick, friendly and efficient way.

Worst customer service ever. They don’t care about their customers or trying to make things right. They also don’t honor free returns, you must ship them back with tracking service, which is incredibly expensive. I hate to see what would happen if you didn’t send it back with tracking service, they probably would claim that they never received anything and take your money. This company is that bad. Definitely give your business to a company that values customers and customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

This company has zero costumer service - my order was delivered incomplete (an expensive item in the order was missing although my credit card was charged). I contacted the company by email at first; I sent 3-emails and I did not get a response - then I called their number 2 times at different times, left messages - nobody responds or get back.
I had to call my credit card and reported fraudulent.

Do not buy from this rogue company - if you have to return or missing something you are on your own.

This company needs to be reported.
