Good and fast service

No problems with the product. Delivery was really fast, communication was clear and the handwritten postcard in the package was a nice final touch.

Servizio clienti disponibile, preferisco non dare 5 stelle perché ritengo il sito poco esplicativo. Credo dunque che sia necessario migliorare il virtual try on con tutti i modelli e più immagini fronte-retro degli occhiali

A seguito della nostra conversazione via e-mail, siamo lieti che abbia ricevuto gli occhiali, sebbene con un ritardo di due giorni lavorativi dovuto a un disguido da parte di UPS.
Purtroppo non abbiamo alcun controllo diretto sul servizio di consegna, ma rimaniamo sempre a completa disposizione per assisterLa in caso di ritardi o mancate consegne.

Detto ciò, ci teniamo a sottolineare che la valutazione e la recensione lasciata su Trustpilot non rispecchiano la qualità del nostro servizio, in quanto riferite a un elemento esterno alla nostra gestione.

la valutazione a 3 stelle, a nostro avviso, non riflette pienamente il servizio che Le Ú stato proposto e accordato.
Il nostro sistema di Virtual 3D Ú attualmente in fase di test, come indicato, e siamo sempre stati attenti e presenti nel seguirLa durante l’intero processo, incluso il rimborso completo della spedizione.

Per questi motivi, riteniamo che una valutazione a 3 stelle non sia del tutto giustificata rispetto all’impegno e alla qualità del supporto fornito.

In our view, the 3-star rating does not fully reflect the level of service that was offered and agreed upon.
As mentioned, our 3D Virtual system is currently in a testing phase, and we have remained attentive and proactive throughout the entire process, including the full reimbursement of the shipping cost.

For these reasons, we believe that a 3-star rating is not entirely justified in relation to the commitment and quality of support provided.

A pleasure to do business with

A pleasure to do business with, after placing my order on Friday I received an Email thanking me and letting me know they would be shipping my parcel on Monday, first thing Monday I received shipping confirmation and tracking number saying I will receive my parcel on Tuesday, UPS confirmed a time and sent me a link to pay the duty and I had my new sunglasses in my hand on Tuesday morning, the whole process was as smooth as silk, I received a hand written note thanking me for my order which is a nice touch of appreciation.

All in all the price difference was insignificant between paying UK duty or if they had been shipped within the EU

The most important question you all sourced for was how genuine and trustworthy this website is and the answer is you will deal with true professionals.Placed my order on 25.3.2025 15:42 and they manage cross 1000km by the 27.3.2025 10:18 (UPS).Safety packaged with the attention to details like gorgeous hand written postcard with Regards simply true professionals. Thank you SUN OF JAPAN for the opportunity to purchased this unique piece of true craftsmanship and the amazing shopping experience.
