The ladies are very knowledgeable and polite.

It was fast and the staff is awesome and very friendly.

Ted, Marcy and all the staff make you feel welcomed. They go above and beyond for their customers great place to file taxes and also get a loan if your shopping around.

The lady’s there are so nice. They go above and beyond to help everyone. They also prepare taxes. So much cheaper than the other companies.

Biggest scam ever! Their motive is not to assist the customer but to place them into further debt by offering more loans with trickery tactics. Staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I heard personal phone calls of staff during business hours and the heavy use of profanity.When I became fed up with this horrible customer service and began to give them the same negative attitude they gave me they chose to ignore policy and threatened my account. I wouldn’t refer this company or at least this location to anyone!

For a business you would think they would employee people who are more qualified instead of the rude employees they have who like nothing more than to call harassing you for a late payment like that's going to make them pay you any quicker.

When I called they were so unprofessional didn’t know what they offered but work at the place

Ladies were nice and professional, it was a fast process out in 30 mins.

For weeks they called every day saying I was approved even though I told them I got paid by cash money and cashapp. But when I take time off work to drive there ..... with in 5 minutes they said I'm not approved

So far so good.....I needed cash fast was able to get in when I needed to and get out.staff was friendly and helped me every way they could.it is mucb appreciated

If you want to be badgered with phone calls and letters about "having a relationship" then this is the place for you. If you want a company to lend you money and then mail you a bill, this isn't the place for you. I never received a bill in the mail, like every other loan/billing company, but I did receive numerous letters about calling them to confirm our relationship and then a letter of intent saying they were taking me to court for not paying my bill. They never sent me a bill in the first place! How could I pay a bill when there was no statement? I had no idea what the payment was supposed to be, how much interest I'd incurred, nothing. That is completely ridiculous. Then to be called a child on the phone because I should know when my bill is due when they didn't send a bill at all?! That's ridiculous. It's 2023, almost 2024, send an email since I had to provide my email when I cashed the loan check, with the statement and a link to pay the bill. I shouldn't have to call and speak to anyone.
