Never received my $60 order from Dec 2025 and can not get any responses with email. Do not buy from this site

Scam. Never received my items. Ordered back in December.

Ordered in December, now March and no product! Scammed! How do we go about getting our money back?

SCAM ALERT - Also operates under Sunaura. Ripped off and pissed off!!

They stole my money, how can people do this and sleep at night 😭😭

1 is even too high of a rating. I ordered these cutting boards back in November. Received one notice that it was shipped the end of December. Never received an update since. I have attempted to reach out on numerous occasions, to no avail. Customer service is, apparently, non- existent. A waste of money, obviously.

Fake company, they never sent my items! Ordered cutting boards in December and after multiple attempts to reach them with no response I have now (in March) given up on ever receiving my order. I am now working with my bank trying to get my money refunded 🤞

I would rate a zero if possible! Total scammers!
Ordered a set of cutting boards in december 2025, and as of march 2026 I have received or heard nothing from them, in spite of several e-mails I sent them.
Do not buy from them!

I ordered the book cutting boards on December 28, 2025 and it is now March 10….. nothing delivered!!!! I have emailed them about it and no responses. Paid through Shop app

I cannot believe I thought this company was trustworthy. I ordered in December 2025 and emailed them in January 2026 asking regarding my purchase. The payment went through directly and I am unable to contact them at all. No delivery and no contact point - unable to track anything. Absolutely disgusted.

If I could give negative or no stars I would. Almost 3 months and no product. Tracking number bogus and no response from the company. Total scam.

No response to my email regarding my order. It's been 3 months. Still hasn't shipped and I cant even get a refund.

Ordered in December and have not received my item. Emailed 4 times and also have sent complaint through Shopify. No reply! This is a scam company. Stay away!!!

I ordered the bookshelves cutting boards i december 2025, and they took the money from my bank account rigth away. But the order never showed up, and I got no response from the email I sent in february.
I see here, several haven’t recieved anything and also can’t reach them, so I believe it’s all a scam.
