Scam - item ordered December 2025. Never received and no reply when contacting them

Ordered cutting boards never received. Ordered in December. It is now April. No follow no product nothing.

SCAM ALERT - Purchased and never received. Multiple emails sent and no response. Beware of other company Sunshine Palace. Ripped off - and pissed off!!

They use Shopify and then they don't send you the order and their contact email never writes you back. I tried multiple times to get my money back and it failed. Fake shop.

Paid $61.00 for my order January 9th 2026 and never received my product.

Ordered and never reviewed. Emailed several times and no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM SCAM.

Wish I’d read these reviews before placing an order for the chopping boards. Charged me, said 5-12 business days, it’s been 10 weeks, no customer service, won’t respond or process a refund. STAY AWAY

Don’t order! Ordered a wooden cutting board, didn’t got anything, and they are not responding to any of my texts.

As said by others do not order from this site. Useless. Not received goods also not responding to emails. Requested a refund from my bank

SCAM! Fake account. They took payment and provided a tracking number, so I was hopeful. But product was never received. And they didn't respond to emails. Also operate under the name Sunshine Palace. SunAura.

100% SCAM!! They will accept your order and charge your card however will not deliver your item. They originally responded to my first two emails and have stopped responding when I requested a refund or my item. They will send you a link to tracking, but you have to download a tracking app and pay $10 to track. Complete scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They operate under the name, SUNSHINE PALACE, on Instagram.

Lousy company to deal with. DO NOT BUY from them. They take your order and money and do not deliver. Several emails sent with no reply. Appalling customer service.

Estafa absoluta. Artículo no recibido tras 6 semanas. Según el seguimiento está con el transportista, pero no hay más información. Ninguna respuesta a las reclamaciones.

Scam sadly. Book effect chopping boards. Found on instagram, took payment, failed to deliver. Failed to reply to 2 emails. Used my credit card so have claimed the money back. DO NOT USE.

This is a scam company that often operates under the name SUNSHINE PALACE. They advertise cutting boards that look like books, and other goods, take your money and never deliver the product or respond to emails. Thank goodness my bank investigated them and within 24hrs had refunded my money - 6 weeks after the initial purchase.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
