Great value & swift and efficient delivery
Our old KD above ground pool, which had served us well for 29 years, finally gave up the ghost last year. After researching options for a replacement it was clear that Sunshine Pools had the best offer in terms of robustness, reliability and service support. We placed an order for the INTEX ULTRA 16 x 48 XTR, which was the same dimensions as our old pool. It was delivered within 48 hours, was relatively easy to assemble (even for two septuagenarians!) and, just 3 days later, was ready to use. We are delighted with our purchase, as will be our grandchildren when they come and stay this weekend.

As soon as we were made aware of the fault, we worked with Bestway to arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible. While there was unfortunately a delay with the courier handling the replacement pump that Bestway sent - something outside of both our and Bestwayâs control - we arranged for another replacement to be sent via an alternative courier.
However, after being advised that this was on its way, you requested for it to be recalled as you had sourced an alternative elsewhere. Weâre sorry the situation wasnât resolved as smoothly as it should have been and appreciate your frustration with the courier delays.
We do take all feedback seriously and continue to work closely with our suppliers and delivery partners to improve our service.

Amazing Value!
First rate delivery of a brilliant product. The pool filter and pump was at a bargain price-in a damaged box (found it hard to find the damage). It has already proved that our old pool filter wasnât doing the job!
Definitely recommend Sunshine Pools.

All the staff were great ŵe where moving and they held back my order for a week still hadn't had moving date so had to cancel by the time I got a date they sold out the pool i wanted so went for the.next best thing to find out they had sold out of that too .but the young lady found me another different shape but I ordered any way to see my Grandaughters faces was brilliant ill treasure that for a long time

Fantastic swimming pool!
The Intex pool that I bought is absolutely incredible, and my kids adore it, it was about four days late, due to the Dx courier having some kind of issues, but I canât fault the pool, at half its original price it has really made our summer.

Great pool kit
Pool was delivered on time and kit complete. Instructions easy to follow. We had elected for the build firm option, but having seen the kjit, decided to do it ourselves. Money for the build was instantly refunded. Building it ourselves went smoothly, only difficult part was pushing the long poles through the liner.
Filling the pool, the top sides bulge inwards alarmingly, but quick You Tube check and this is OK. We felt this could have been mentioned in the instruction manual :)
Once completly filled the sides are straight.
We did have an issue with Error 90 - low flow, but again a phone call resolved the issue as a faulty electrode which arrived next day and sorted the issue. So pool is in use and happy days
