J'ai passé commande d'un climatiseur portable durant la période de forte chaleur (11 juillet) La publicité stipulait livrable en trois jours. Une fois la commande passée, j'ai reçu un mail comme quoi le produit sera livré le 27 juillet....!!! Drôle de façon de procéder, et de respecter les délais.

Reported to Solar Accreditation Australia after an electrician on the roof reported in writing ‘a large amount of the DC cables from the Solar system are loose and in contact with the roof sheets, this against regulation as they can make the roof sheets live and pose a serious risk to life’. A quote to make the roof etc safe is $1,760 requiring most, if not all, panels to be lifted. Prior to writing this review I made numerous attempts to discuss this in a professionally way with Dhyani Modi of Suntek Energy and asked to discuss the issue with the company director Dhara Modi which was ignored. Basically, nothing has been done after more than one month – shocking, considering the electrical report. If I have to go ahead with the quote, then I will need to pursue compensation through QCAT – I don’t understand why reasonable discussion can’t occur. My advice would be – keep well away from this company, whether a customer, contractor or supplier (or get payments up front). There are reputable, professional and trustworthy businesses so why take the risk. If this post is still online, then Suntek Energy has still not rectified the issue. If you are still considering engaging this business and you are able to contact me through this review mechanism, I can provide well documented photos and proof. I can remember ever posting a negative review so please advise if anything here is not allowed.

I had 13kw solar panels installed in May 2022 in Durack Brisbane. To date just over 2 years later the paperwork with Energex has not been completed by the consultant. To date I have not had any credit feeding back from the solar. To date it is still not working and nobody seems interested in rectifying this problem especially not the consultant. SUNTEK ENERGY - what happens now. Your consultant took my money in a hurry and left me in the lurch for 2 years blaming Energex? This is an urgent matter, appreciate if somebody could call me back and sort this out! 0408 887 641

Dhyani and Richard, installed a 10kw system in Toowoomba regional council area. The install was professional neat and tidy. Christmas and New Year caused delays in final commissioning of the system. I am very happy to recommend Suntek and WFM Connections.

Dhyani was super knowledgeable and very accommodating to my lack of solar knowledge. The whole process was very quick and efficient, I had a 6.6kw system designed and installed within 2 weeks. I couldn't recommend using Suntek more!

Detailed explanation about the panels. Great service

‘Suntek Energy’ recently installed 20 solar panels, totalling 6.6 Kilowatt and a 5.0-Kilowatt inverter on my home.
I am very happy with the installation and the prompt and courteous service and attention provided by Suntek Energy personnel and their installation team; and especially to their consultant, Dhyani Modi. It was her who influenced my decision to engage Suntek rather than the other solar power installation companies I had spoken to.
She was extremely helpful throughout and was able to answer all my questions and doubts about solar power.
She continues to make herself available if I need any additional information.
I would recommend Suntek Energy to friends and neighbours without hesitation, and in fact, have already done so.
