I’ve been using the UB Pro case on my…

I’ve been using the UB Pro case on my iPhone 15 Pro for a couple of weeks now, and honestly it’s been better than I expected.

The first thing I noticed was how solid it feels without being overly bulky. I’ve already dropped my phone twice (once getting out of the car and once on a tiled floor), and there’s not even a scratch on the phone. The raised edges around the screen and camera definitely do their job.

The built-in kickstand is actually really useful too — I didn’t think I’d use it much, but I’ve ended up using it almost every day for watching videos. Also, the grip feels secure, which is a big plus.

Shipping was pretty quick and everything arrived in good condition. Overall, it feels like a well-designed case that actually protects your phone without getting in the way.

Would definitely buy again for my next phone.

UBer Secured Case!

Glad I purchased a protective UB Pro case for my AirPods 4! Gone are the days of worrying about water and drops. The case keeps my AirPods safe and even adds waterproof protection. It’s also super secure! I didn’t realize it was magnetic too, so it easily attaches to any metal surface. I just wish they came in neon colors like something a bit sweeter for my taste but overall, what a great find. I’m never going back to boring cases!

Very unprofessional

Phone case was not as advertised and of poor quality. When I raised this with them I was told I had to ship the item back to them at my own cost. Currently having to make a section 75 claim with my credit card company. Company are very unprofessional!

Never damaged a phone while using these phone cases

I’ve been buying phone cases from their Amazon store for my iPhones for years now since like 2017. Every new iPhone I get, I get a new supcase. Never broke a phone or cracked a screen or camera lens despite dropping my phone out the car door when getting out, dropped it down the front two steps outside my house, dropped my phone on my tiled bathroom floor multiple times, dropped my phone on holiday a few times. Never any damage to the phone. And recently realised wireless charging works through the case which is convenient as my Mrs bought me some wires less charging accessorises for the house. Wicked phone cases!! And price friendly.

Don’t buy anything from this company

This company phone case does not protect your phone completely because it does not protect the lens. Also it is very hard to get your money back from them when your don’t want their merchandise because the quality is poor.i will not call or email this company because its like pulling teeth.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Supcase. I received the wrong phone case and have been given the runaround trying to return it. After four emails, I still have not been provided a return address or a return shipping label. There is also no return shipping address listed on their website, which makes the process even more frustrating. Poor customer service like this makes me hesitant to ever purchase from them again. I would not recommend their products based on customer service alone. I guess this policy is designed to make people give up and just eat the return.

Damaged my APP2 charging case and they hide negative reviews

Ordered their Airpods Pro 2 UB Ultra case for my new APP2. The case is way too tight on the charging case, making it extremely difficult to remove, and when I finally did get it off, my brand new APP2 charging case had scuffs all over the sides.
Left a negative review on their site that was immediately hidden, so It's possible they hide negative reviews on their website, extremely dishonest practice. Will not be buying any of their products again and will not recommend.

Bought an open box case for my Samsung…

Bought an open box case for my Samsung s24 the plastic cover case is crooked as hell can't even see the screen in sunlight the other case where you put the screensaver on it the volume button stays on and gets in your way to where you can't click on stuff can't get rid of it once again China crap

Do not order from Subcase, poor customer service

I attempted to order a Subcase for a Pixel 9 Pro XL. When I did, I received a case for a Pixel 9 pro which did not fit. I sent it back at my expense 3 days later. After a month, I was cleaning out my office and must have thrown the receipt with a tracking number away. I finally contacted Subcase requesting my replacement and they told me they cannot provide me a replacement without a tracking number. I am not trying to get a refund only a case that fits my phone. The charge was only $36.99. I would not recommend buying from them.

If you purchase an “open box” item, beware

If you purchase an “open box” item, it will 100% arrive damaged and they will not help you. They will just offer to give you 15% off a new case. This company is straight trash.

Cheap plastic interior of case

Just received new case and after feeling the inside of the cover, it is not worthy of my new phone. I didn't want to risk putting my phone into it, as it is rough and cheap interior. I didn't want to risk scratches on my new phone.

They are scammers. Every since I ordered my cases I'm yet to receive and they don't respond to emails or phone calls. Don't trust them

Order never arrived

I ordered a phone case from Supcase in January 2025. As of writing in May 2025 I have not received my order.
Very poor experience and I’ve now written off my money.

Bought the toughest case phone still smashed up

Offered a free case, after I bought one direct. Both choices were the active cases, with screen cover, outer case and clip on case. First fall boom ... phone smashed. Only a small fall, phone did not leave my hand, this was my hand hitting the floor. Based on this small fall with phone still enclosed in hand, I'm disappointed. Spent hours researching a good case too. Thrilled I was offered a free one. I think this is a great company however their products don't live up to their hype

was disappointed that the case for my Samsung flip phone, started to fall apart after about 7 months. but the aftercare form this company is exceptional.
I contacted them via the website sent proof of purchase as requested and they sent me a replacement no questions asked. Thankyou
