I had a warranty issue with one of the products I purchased from Superbee and they agreed to replace the part no charge but i would need to pay the shipping cost of $57.55. Once the part arrived I recieved a bill from the Courier company for well over $200 and Superbee won't do anything to help. This is the last time I'll deal with Superbee for any purchases.

i bought front section for my 2016 xl f150 truck after lifting upper trim and dry fitting i had to trim 1/8 inch off top and bottom corners for tight fit looks great with back to black mother's polish for vinyl it matches grill and for light trim highly impressed with product but important to remove front bumper insert then dry fit to ensure proper fit !

I came across Superbee looking for a specific hood for my truck that they had in stock. The hood is no longer manufactured so I pursued it even though I am in the U.S. and knew it might be more hassle and expense than it was worth. They were able to get me a great a price on the hood, arrange for international freight shipping, advise on potential customs implications and keep me abreast of the progress every step of the way. The hood was packaged extremely well and the outside of the box was absolutely plastered everywhere with large print special handling instructions indicating what it was and how to handle it. The fiberglass hood made it unscathed and is exactly as described. This place had a great price, great service, and exemplified professionalism. FYI If you're purchasing internationally (or at least from the U.S.) the only accepted form of payment at the time of this writing was bank wire.

Ordered a 4in. Black and gold .50 antenna, shipping was relatively quick considering I'm on Ontario. However, the antenna is not "Universal" as advertised. After an initial 1 star review was posted I was contacted by the manager to troubleshoot my problem. After fact checking my problem an additional part was ordered and Mailed to me free of charge

I called and asked what they suggested for a lowering kit for my truck … they had the best prices also the kit was on my doorstep in 3 days !!!

Had to order some brakelines from the US. Superbee found them in Canada, and got then in and shipped to me in a very short time.

The 2/3 lowering kit i got for my f150 is a real nice kit,the appearance of the truck is awesome and the ride is not too bad for a modified suspension. I did put the lower spring mount upside down so when I put my truck down on the ground the front was still up high. I called super bee and we figured it out quick that I had put it together wrong. Lol It does look great but I find the back is a little soft now.
