Paid additional for FedEx Home Delivery® (2 business days) items ordered shipped via UPS Ground and are programmed to arrive 7 days later than expected.

I regret buying their high-density front upper and lower control arms. They make all sorts of noise, and the parts were even mislabeled for left and right.

Ruined my Model S with thier crappy suspension products. Avoid like the plague.

I placed an order and was told the order was accepted and shipped. A few weeks went by and nothing showed up so I emailed them. They said that they're no longer shipping because they are focusing on manufacturing at this time. How dare they continue to operate like this, TOTAL SCAM COMPANY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM;.

Model y juniper console trays don’t fit. Not that complicated. Need refund

Shipping was incredibly fast, items were packaged with care and the wheels were better than the website, pics don’t do it justice and the customer service was 5 stars. Customer for life!

6 business days after ordering. No shipping, no update, Im wondering if / when they will ship. Called their phone number, no answer during normal business hours. Disappointing. Of course they took my money instantly upon order but now radio silence.

Front Facia Update for Tesla Model S: I own a 2013 Model S with only 20K miles. When Evannex offered the new front facia to replace the original front facia, I bought it. All went well until my 12 volt battery died. Then I discovered that Evannex either ignored or failed to recognize an important function of the original front facia. Namely, the translucent smoke colored bubble on the original front facia is how you gain access to the 12V electrical leads when the 12V batter is dead. If your 12V battery dies, you have a VERY MAJOR problem because the Evannex design of its front facia replacement failed to account for replacing the 12V battery.

PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT YOUR SHIPPING TIME FOR ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED, AND THEY SAID 1.5 MONTHS AND WILL NOT SHIP SEPARATELY WITH $ 100 OF ITEMS. THERE ARE NO TRACKING NUMBERS AND NO TIME FOR DELIVERY. THEY JUST HOPE YOU FORGET AND DO NOT ASK. WELL, AFTER 15 DAYS OF NOTHING; I ASKED AND HAD THEM REFUND ME EVERYTHING.

One of the trunk cargo net brackets has broken. I called and Evannex does not sell replacement parts. This is not under warranty. I will find another manufacturer to replace this unit with given EVANNEX does not seem to have a long-term Product Support strategy in place.

Purchased rear lights for my model 3 ,aswell as other products,and when i inquired about a replacement of the light because of 10% of the LEDs stop working, they have NO record of my 3 or 4 sales.
Typical of companies knowing you won't keep your purchace order number for 2 or 3 years .( life time warranty?? )
I will not be ordering from this company and recommend people not to aswell.

Don't by OHMMU 12V batteries from these characters. They tried to stick me with a restocking free for a defective battery. In fact, Im NEVER buying anything from Evannex ever again.

Bought trunk and frunk lifts right away after getting my Model 3. I really like popping the trunk from the fob while walking toward car in a parking lot.

Trunk lift is great. A bit hard to close, but my 10yo has mastered it.

Frunk opens very dramatically! It would be great to dampen this a bit.

I ordered a set of floor mats and they are cheap and flimsy. I tried to return them to Evannex. While they offered a return RMA the return would have to be at my own expense. All shippers I tried would charge me more than the cost of the floor mats. Since Evannex wouldn't cover the cost of a return their return policy use useless. I tried to cancel the order I made with them for replacement mats and was told since the label for the replacement was already printed (this was about 2 hours after I placed the order) they couldn't cancel, but would accept the return but again I would have to cover the return cost. Beware, and check elsewhere for any TESLA product you would try to order from Evannex.

Ordered a sunshade for a new VW ID4. It didn't fit it was too large all the way around. Customer service was argumentative instead of helping. They wanted to argue with my pictures. Claiming they knew more than me about the fit and finish. Their profit on an ill fitting cheesy sunshade was more important than a customers satisfaction. Be aware. Customer satisfaction and quality products are not a goal with them.

On Friday, May 5, 2023, I placed an online order for a center console for my brother. Right after I had placed the order, he told me to cancel it because he found a better one with more functionality and it was $100 less. I couldnt cancel the order because their customer service was closed & they are closed on the weekends. I called on Monday to be told I had to wait until I had received the order since it had already been shipped. I received the order finally yesterday, Friday, May 12, 2023. I just had to waste $70 to return something to Evannex because their company is closed on rhe weekends. The package shipped before I could cancel.it. So instead of receiving a full refund, Im going to be shorted the shipping cost. Ill never purchase another item from this company nor will I recommend anyone to it.

I bought the red brake calipers covers from Evannex for my Tesla Model 3. I installed them. They looked great, and I was very happy for about 4 months, right after the warranty of 90 days expired, and then the paint started peeling off them. They look horrible now I wrote Evannex about it but they haven't responded. Now I'm going to have to remove them or repaint them or do something. I'm very disappointed.

They do not stand behind the products they sell. Refused to accept return of the wrong part due to poor explanation on the website. No good will after purchasing multiple items. Blamed it on the “manufacturer” though the paint protection film was bough through EVANNEX. the film did not even close to a professional cut.

Absolute trash, they make nothing and just distribute products from one manufacturer to customers. Problem is they sell products that are out of stock from the manufacturer and will just sit on your cash till they can have the manufacturer ship it. Go elsewhere!
