Everything well organize, on time, and the guide, I don’t remember her name, she was amazing, how much she knows about the topic and the delicacy talking about it. 100% recommended!

A very moving excursion! Full of History that our guide Magdalena knew how to tell us very well and made the walk very interesting. Without a doubt, this place moves you to the last feeling, but it is history and we should all know it.

Inizialmente avevo un po’ paura viste le precedenti recensioni di annullamento … noi avevamo prenotato per le 9 ma la sera prima ci comunicano che ci avrebbero preso in albergo per le 9.30. Ci hanno presi e portati ad un punto d incontro dove c era un pullman che ci ha accompagnato ad auschwitz. Devo dire che tutto è andato bene per fortuna.. abbiamo visitato dopo Birkenau con la guida e ritornati nel tardo pomeriggio al punto d incontro . Per fortuna non abbiamo avuto k annullamento xke sicuramente non era periodo di alta stagione

I advanced booked/ paid for a guided tour of Auschwitz. Initially the pickup time was changed, however, the driver never arrived. When I tried to contact the operator, the telephone number doesn't exist.
I have now reported this to the local authorities as no refund has been provided. I was not the only person this happened to. I advise you to read the read the reviews of "SuperCracow" on Trust Pilot and you will see they are a dishonest and unreliable company.

DO NOT BOOOK i have booked a trip to aushwitz wotht his crowd booked pick up for 9 am got a email last minute (causing us not to be able to get out money back 100e!) stating the pick up time changed to 5:15 in the morning!! Not convenient for us at all picked a time for a reason? Tried to get money back they told me you either make it for 5:15 or loose money no help whats so ever dont risk loosing money with these people wouldn't work with you dont waste your time.

Esperienza allucinante. Prenotato per le ore 9:00, il giorno prima della visita arriva una mail dove avvisano che, per motivi organizzativi, l'orario è stato anticipato alle 5:15!!! Chiedo subito spiegazioni dall'app, via mail e tramite WA, dove confermano l'orario, senza alcuna possibilità di replica o cancellazione. Customer service gestito da bot, o se no da incompetenti incapaci di fornire adeguate spiegazioni per una disorganizzazione tale, rispondendo con frasi pre-impostate decise dall'azienda.
Pick-up non all'albergo, ma in fermate dedicate (dal nostro albergo, distavano mezz'ora) nonchè punti di raccolta anche di altri tour operator; potete immaginare la calca e la confusione tra gente e autobus.

Vedendo altre recensioni, siamo stati fortunati:
- ad avere un'autista del pulmino veramente molto capace, cortese e chiara sugli step da seguire nella giornata;
- essere entrati poco dopo essere arrivati;
- ad avere una guida local che parlava italiano e che ci ha permesso di goderci la visita appieno.
Visita durata 4 ore, Birkenau poteva essere trattata più approfonditamente.

Non mi capacito del numero delle recensioni positive, probabilmente sono quelli a cui non han spostato l'orario.

Rifuggite da costoro.

NON PRENOTATE NULLA CON LORO!!
Avvisano solo una volta scaduto il tempo limite per richiedere il rimborso dei biglietti di un "imprevedibile" disguido che comporta un cambio orario del tour. Nel nostro caso il tour ad Auschwitz prevedeva il prelievo vicino l'hotel alle 9 spostato alle 5 di mattina. Vorrei fare presente che punto uno le biglietterie di Auschwitz aprono alle 7 e mezzo e secondo in Polonia a gennaio ci sono -10 gradi e nevica. Ovviamente impossibile parlare con qualcuno se non in inglese e non se ne parla di ricevere soldi indietro. Appena tornerò a casa una bella denuncia alla polizia postale non gliela toglie nessuno, visto anche le innumerevoli recensioni negative con le stesse mie dinamiche ..

Tour muy acelerado, no da tiempo a interiorizar la información, y un caos en la recogida, y los dias previos mensajes con errores y cambios de hora (salimos 30 min mas tarde como minimo). Ademas fuimos al baño en birkenau y no nos esperaron, se fueron todos al bus (guias incluidos) sin saber bien donde era el parking, casi se van sin nosotros, de hecho salieron antes de la hora que se habia dicho. En birkenau apenas explicaron nada y no nos dejaron ni un rato libre para explorar por nuestra cuenta como cuando estuve en 2018. En resumen, todo prisas.

Esperienza dolorosa

Helpful and nice experience. Drive from pick up to drop off for bus to Auschwits was very friendly. The bus was comfortable and the tour guide was friendly too.

While I wouldn’t consider touring Auschwitz as “fun”, it was a valuable experience that I’m glad I was able to take part in. Supercracow made the process of getting there and setting up with a guide super quick and easy. While I may not travel to Auschwitz again, I’ll definitely keep supercracow in mind for other trips in the future!

They are scamming, they were supposed to bring us from Krakow to Auschwitz on dec 26th but they did not, and there were other people like us.

Contratamos un tour organizado a Auschwitz - Minas de Sal en un mismo día. El día anterior nos anulan la excursión a las Minas y nos retrasan el horario a las 11 am para el campo.
Nos dan la opción de colocar esa excursión al día siguiente ( imposible ya q solo vivimos por 4 días y teníamos otros tours programados) o devolvernos el 50% de lo abonado. Nuestro guía en el autocar, Thomas, muy majo y servicial. La guía de Auschwitz, Barbara, no hizo que conectáramos con la historia ni con el lugar. No hablaba bien el español y muchas cosas no se le entendían . No podíamos detenernos porque iba corriendo y creemos que no vimos todo lo que el museo tiene para enseñar. En Birkenau sólo anduvimos por la calle principal del campo cuando veíamos que otros grupos entraban en barracones que nosotros no.
En resumen: nuestra experiencia personal nos lleva a pensar que si lo hubiésemos contratado por libre las cosas hubiesen sido diferentes. Pecamos de inexpertos. No volveré a contratar un tour organizado con esta empresa. Menos mal que el sitio en sí mismo ya habla por sí solo.

Avevo prenotato con mesi di anticipo un escursione da Cracovia ad Auschwitz e miniere di sale. Il giorno prima mi anticipano Auschwitz alle 5,30, vabbè poco male ma cosa grave mi annullano la visita alle miniere di sale. Chiaramente essendo dicembre non ho trovato nessuna altra possibilità di andare a visitare le miniere,cosa a cui tenevo molto. A quanto pare è un loro modo di operare ma assolutamente sbagliato,per nulla professionale. Comportamento ingiustificabile.Per chi volesse andare a visitare le miniere di sale consiglio di acquistare in anticipo i biglietti con guida direttamente dal sito ufficiale,poi con Uber e pochi euro andare, risparmiate soldi e siete sicuri di fare la visita

Após reservar com muitos meses de antecedência um tour que englobava transfer+visita guiada desde Wroclaw a campo de Auschwitz Birkenau (algo que teve que ser bem pensado e avaliado, como devem imaginar) recebi a informação por email no dia anterior que a visita ía ser cancelada quando estava tudo confirmada uns dias antes. A desculpa esfarrapada: o condutor da empresa SUBCONTRATADA ficou doente e por isso foi cancelado. Não houve a preocupação com um plano B. Tem quer haver sempre um plano B. Tremenda desilusão! A distância entre Wroclaw e Cracóvia não pode ser também desculpa. Se achavam que era muito longe, que não promovessem o tour. É que ainda não era barato. Já fui informado que vou ser reembolsado, porém não é todos os dias que teríamos a oportunidade de visitar algo muito especial. Antes tínhamos falado via whatsapp e desde então nunca mais disseram nada. Mau demais! Não recomendo!

Terrible experience.
They moved the Auschwitz tour to a time when we had not even arrived in the city yet, forcing us to cancel. No refund, no support, no alternative offered.
I felt completely taken advantage of by this company.
Absolutely disgraceful.
I strongly do not recommend them.

Pessima esperienza, lo sconsiglio a tutti.
La visita ad Auschwitz mi è stata annullata solo due giorni prima, nel mese di dicembre. Con così poco preavviso è stato ovviamente impossibile trovare un’alternativa.
La motivazione fornita come “forza maggiore” era in realtà la mancanza di guide sufficienti per il nostro gruppo e per altri, quindi non si trattava affatto di un evento eccezionale o imprevedibile.
Il rimborso è stato effettuato, ma questo non compensa il viaggio sprecato, dato che ero andata lì appositamente per visitare Auschwitz. Organizzazione deludente e totale mancanza di rispetto per i visitatori.

⚠️ WORST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES

Everything started when we purchased a package for the Auschwitz visit with transfer and entrance ticket included, scheduled for the 05:00 a.m. time slot (as it was the only one available).

The first issue occurred when we received two different messages from the organizer via the GetYourGuide platform at different times (the first one three days before the experience and the second one the day before), stating that our entrance tickets were not included and that we would need to buy them at the entrance. After contacting them the first time to confirm that the tickets were indeed included (as we had paid an extra €40), they admitted it was a mistake and confirmed that we only needed to collect the tickets at the ticket office. However, the day before the visit, they contacted us again via WhatsApp saying once more that the tickets were not included. Again, after we explained the situation, they admitted their mistake and confirmed the tickets were included.

The second issue was related to the meeting time. Although our visit was scheduled for 05:00 a.m., we were informed the day before that we had to be at the meeting point at 02:15 a.m. to board the bus, which made no sense considering the visit itself only started at 05:00 a.m.

The third and most serious issue was what happened upon arrival. We reached Auschwitz at 03:30 a.m., with a temperature of 0°C. We were forced to leave the bus and wait outside in a line, standing for over five hours, in the rain, without benches, without shelter, without access to toilets, and without being allowed to stay on the bus. We were freezing, completely exposed to the cold, and treated in an inhumane way. We were told the site would open at 06:30 a.m. and that we would be inside a warm area, but this did not happen. We remained outside in the cold until 07:30 a.m., when the ticket office opened. This long waiting time was completely unjustified, as very few people joined the line during those hours.

At 07:30 a.m., many organized tour groups arrived and were allowed to go ahead of us, even though we had supposedly already purchased our tickets in advance. We only reached the ticket office at 08:30 a.m., where the organizer bought the tickets at that moment. Had we bought them ourselves, they would have been cheaper, meaning we paid more for no real benefit.

Another unacceptable situation was that we were two people, yet we were assigned to different guided tour times (08:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m.). After a discussion, the organizer managed to place both of us in the later group, forcing us to wait even longer in the cold. Once inside, the visit itself went well thanks to the museum staff, but the organization of the tour was extremely poor.

Finally, on the return trip to Kraków, we asked to use the bus restroom and were told the driver did not have the key, which perfectly summed up the overall lack of organization.

Completely disorganized, misleading, and inhumane experience. I do not recommend this tour.
