Esperienza molto bella, puntuali precisi e guida esaustiva nei contenuti

On Monday 17 November, my husband and I booked a guided tour to Auschwitz. I booked it 10 days in advance and was concerned about several negative reviews, but I must say that I do not share this opinion. We had a very impressive day with our guide Anna. She is really wonderful, as is the bus driver Martin, who picked us up on time, is polite and also speaks excellent English. I will definitely recommend you. And thank you, Sara, for your updates and honesty!

Mala organización y estafadores, el día anterior a nuestra visita al campo de Auschwitz y recibimos un e-mail en el que nos cambian el horario de la misma adelantándolo a las 5:40 de la madrugada, sin mas explicaciones, y no solo eso sino que nos cambian totalmente el itinerario previsto. Dejándonos tirados una hora en Cracovia y después volviéndonos a llevar a Minas de Sal. ORGANIZARLO POR VUESTRA CUENTA, ES UNA MAFIA TODO ESTO.

Très bonne activité. Horaire et planning de prise en charge parfaitement respecté.
La guide accompagnatrice était très bien pour les explications. Un peu plus de temps sur le site aurait été appréciable pour le temps de réflexion et plus de recueillement.

Une expérience incroyable, bouleversante et très bien organisée. Notre guide s’exprimait parfaitement en français et a su transmettre avec beaucoup d’émotion et de clarté toute l’histoire des lieux — un grand merci à elle.

Le départ initialement prévu à 8h a finalement eu lieu à 5h40 depuis le centre de Cracovie, changement annoncé deux jours avant. Cela n’a pas été dérangeant, car tout s’est déroulé de manière fluide et ponctuelle.

Je recommande cette visite à 100 % pour la qualité du guide, l’organisation et le respect du lieu de mémoire.

C’était super. Les points de rendez vous sont bien indiqués, là car est confortable, il y a eu une bonne explication. Les camps sont vraiment prenants.
Pour le retour nous devions prendre l’avion et le chauffeur nous a proposer de nous déposer sur le route vers l’aéroport et non au point de rendez vous du depart, merci encore.
Pour rejoindre la plus part des commentaires, oui il faudrait un peu plus de temps ☺️

Tour was great. Guide was brilliant. BUT WHY CHANGE PICKUP FROM 09:15 TO 05:30am with no explanation at all. This is the equivalent of having to get up at 3.30am uk time to go on a tour at 4.30am uk time. Auschwitz was NOT EVEN OPEN for another 30 minutes after we arrived.

Habíamos reservado para las 9 de la mañana y nos han citado a las 5:20h...excepto eso todo lo demás genial.

We came to Poland to visit Auschwitz, unfortunately me and my wife left without seeing it. We booked a tour with this tour guide and unfortunately, they made it impossible for us to join the tour. They decided to change the tour time and we could not make said time change. They don't follow their agreed start times and randomly change starting point and start time.

I recommend you stay clear of this travel agency

Esta empresa engaña a las personas, cambian fechas sin avisar. Mandamos los comprobantes de las conversaciones, los comprobantes de los vuelos, por lo cual era para nosotros imposible cambiar la hora. Y NO NOS QUIEREn DEVOLVER EL DINERO. Son unos ladrones.

Absolutely USELESS, I only gave them 1 star because it wouldn't allow me to give them NONE. They canceled my tour to Auchwicz on 2 different occasions and leaving me NO time to rebook it with a different tour operator.
A shambles of a tour company.

Esperienza bellissima, organizzata molto bene, ho chiesto di venirci a prendere esattamente sotto casa e così è stato. La guida è stata bravissima ha spiegato tutta la storia in modo chiaro e commovente con un ottimo italiano. L’unico appunto è che co hanno modificato l’orario di partenza alle 5.30 ed è davvero troppo presto.

Esperienza molto toccante e ben organizzata. La guida è stata davvero attenta, disponibile e chiara in ogni spiegazione, trasmettendo con grande rispetto la storia e le emozioni dei luoghi. Anche per noi italiani era tutto perfettamente comprensibile grazie alla presenza di una guida in lingua, sempre gentile e precisa. L’organizzazione impeccabile, comodo anche il trasporto e i tempi gestiti al meglio. Un’esperienza che lascia il segno e che consiglio a chiunque voglia comprendere davvero la memoria di quei luoghi.

Pessima esperienza. Prenotato il tour per Auschwitz alle 5.30 AM, il giorno precedente inviano un messaggio in cui viene spostato l' orario del prelievo alle 1.55 AM e ci comunicano che il biglietto del museo di Auschwitz non era compreso (in realtà avevamo scelto apposta questa soluzione perchè millantava un' organizzazione completa dal punto di ritiro fino al ritorno). Ci rechiamo al punto di raccolta, arriva un autobus di SuperCracow e ci lascia a piedi dicendo che non eravamo nella lista e che sarebbe passato un altro mezzo. Siamo stati fino alle 3 ad aspettare e poi ce ne siamo andati, nella sfortuna non eravamo i soli in questa disavventura. Tour pagato 80€, prenotato tramite Get you Guide.

Avoid this tour company. To say this company operates at all, would be an overstatement. They changed the pickup time way earlier that it was due, thus, making it impossible to attend.

From other comments it sounds like I dodged a bullet. This is the same as just grabbing the train and going yourself to the site.

Furthermore, their customer support is atrocious, with one liners as response and they do not offer any alternative.

WOULD NOT USE AGAIN!

We booked an Auschwitz Tour from Krakow three months before our visit at the end of October. The trip to Krakow was mainly so that we could visit Auschwitz.

We booked it through a larger company who obviously use SuperCracow.com as their local provider. We received confirmation of the tour and also received a WhatsApp from Supercracow.com.

Two days before the tour we received an email to say that the trip was cancelled due to “force majeure” This left us with no time to book with another company due to everywhere being fully booked for the time we were in Krakow.

To just say the trip was cancelled and give no reason was very poor. My guess is that they massively overbook on their website and just cancel customers near to the time. Although, from other reviews, stating that some customers had their pick up time changed to 2:30am and then were left without tickets after waiting four hours in the queue it looks like we dodged a bullet!

Admittedly, we received a full refund but to just cancel two days in advance and no reason given is awful. Companies should not accept money for trips if they can’t provide the tickets and the description of what they are offering.

I am surprised how this company is still operating. They should be closed with such an incopetence while doing one thing they are suppose to do- organize a tour! Two days before the tour send an email with the details changed that the tour will start at 1:55 am 😅😅😅 just to stand (physically) in a queue for 4 hours without toilet, food or shelter (in November), this at first sounded like a joke!! Bun no, kt gets better. I was not assured that we will get in at the time when the museum is open or at all get in. If I would want to stand in the line and buy tickets this way- I would not choose to pay for the company to stay in line together. The whole trip was ruined and this company have to be closed and not operate until they will figure out how to buy tickets in advance and make sure to actually sell the service of skiping the line. This is what tour companies are suppose to do. Do yourself a favor and SKIP this company.

This was a terrible experience, please don’t use this company if you want to go to Auschwitz book your own tickets and get the train.

We were originally booked to be picked up at 8am but had a message the afternoon before to say we would be picked up at 1.55am !!! This obviously changed our plans for that evening as an early night was needed.

We arrived at the pick up point at 1.45am so as not to miss the coach, SHOULDN’T HAVE BOTHERED as the coach turned up at 2.45 and the tour operator smelt very strongly of alcohol.

Arriving at Auschwitz we were told to get off the coach and stand in the queue until the gates opened at 6.30am (as the clocks this night went back) we ended up standing on the pavement with no toilets or refreshments for 4 hours.

The ticket office at Auschwitz doesn’t open until 7:30am. We queued on the street to get in the car park for four hours, and then had to again queue for tickets for two hours. Some had arrived even before us, and it was pitch black & freezing temperatures. Even when dressing for the weather, because we hadn’t known about this queue system we were ill-prepared.

Like us everyone on our trip was under the impression that we had pre booked tickets but apparently not, and everytime we asked our guide his response was “I don’t know I don’t work in the office” and then he would disappear.

We had nearly reached the ticket office when we were told there were no more tickets and we would all have to go home !!!!! Our guide responded with it was not his fault, maybe if he hadn’t been an hour late and obviously hungover we would have got in.

This was a trip for my husbands special birthday and not only did we not get in but we spent 6 hours standing in freezing conditions … some birthday!

I suggest if you want to do an organised tour you read reviews and choose a more reputable company

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This tour was a harrowing experience that I will never forget. The tour guide was extraordinary and her passion shone through.
