Terrible experience. Do no book with this company. Communication is nonexistent. It's a bait and switch. We agreed on a date. We waited all day and no one came. They "guaranteed" someone would come the next day...you guessed it, no one showed. The driver was never on the way. I doubt they ever secured one. I will be filing a chargeback with my cc for the deposit. They do not respect your time or you.

They tell you one price and then it’s double the day they pickup your vehicle. Scam and dishonest people.

Brian, was great and handled everything professionally

Brian was excellent to work with. He assured me the transfer back in March will be just as successful as the first transfer is, plus a discount!

This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. I would strongly recommend avoiding doing business with them.
They gave me a price and guaranteed that my car would be picked up, but no one showed up. Then they tried to double the price for the car pickup—and even after that, no one came to pick up the car.

Michael Jones with Super Hauling Solution was very responsive with a short notice pickup. The original driver was not able to pick up but Michael was quick to find another driver and get my Mustang delivered quick and at a reasonable price. The driver that delivered the car was a very nice guy and was in constant communication from pickup to drop off.

There were driver issues that we had to deal with but Brian was very communicative and worked hard to get them resolved and find us a new transport driver! His communication was very much appreciated!

This is true from my heart and believe it or not it happened for me. I worked with Tim Carter from Super Hauling Solutions LLC, for my Car shipping and I got it delivered within a day (24 Hrs). It's true guys and I am not exaggerating here. I highly recommend this Company for its service that they really work hard to help me find a better driver and made it successful. The car was delivered without any single concerns and the advantage is, they allow 200 LB of your House hold items in the car itself... Simply go for it then you believe me. Once again thanks Tim for your dedicated support n timely response. I highly recommend for others... Keep rocking !! 😊

This has been the best experience working with Tim and his company Super Hauling Solutions! I have had a really hard time finding companies that I can trust ! But Tim was the best and gave me the assurance that everything would be okay ! He always followed up and kept me informed on everything and the best part after 2 months fooling around with other companies to get my car transported he was the only one that made it happen!!

I had a really good experience with Super Hauling Solution Inc especially Brian. They helped me get my vehicle shipped from CO to FL for $425. They are good in communication and it was a hassle free process. I’ll look forward to work with them in the future.

The one thing I will say that was good is I received my car in a very timely manner. However, I had many issues with this company. My number one issue is that I was quoted at $350 for my car shipping but when the driver got there the price suddenly jumped to $600 and added $100 for the items I had in my car. I understood the $100 charge for my car having stuff in it but the quote change was ridiculous. The communication between Brian who quoted me and my dispatcher Irene was terrible. Also the dispatcher was just rude and the communication was terrible due to a language barrier. I was misinformed on many things Brian told me such as price, the weight limit of added cargo to the car, and delivery speed, all these things suddenly changed with the driver and dispatcher I had. I was told I could have 200lbs of items in the car by brain and then dispatcher changed it to only allowing 100lbs. I was told that it would take 2 days for the car to arrive when I initially booked the shipment with Brian but the car got there very next day and I was not there at the time of pick up.Irene claimed she told me over the phone that it would arrive the next morning but I was never informed of that by her. It seems like everything that was told to me suddenly changed last minute. When all that went wrong I was just told to go ahead and pay the $700 by Brian even though I was quoted at $350 because they didn’t have any more drivers and that the reason the price changed is because of the new driver.To me it makes no sense to have all these changes and if the price is based on the driver then the price should be discussed amongst the customer as well rather than just completely changing the price. So if your gonna use this company be aware they will scam you in the prices. I have photos as well to prove it but can not upload them.
