Terrible experience scammed me on the price
The one thing I will say that was good is I received my car in a very timely manner. However, I had many issues with this company. My number one issue is that I was quoted at $350 for my car shipping but when the driver got there the price suddenly jumped to $600 and added $100 for the items I had in my car. I understood the $100 charge for my car having stuff in it but the quote change was ridiculous. The communication between Brian who quoted me and my dispatcher Irene was terrible. Also the dispatcher was just rude and the communication was terrible due to a language barrier. I was misinformed on many things Brian told me such as price, the weight limit of added cargo to the car, and delivery speed, all these things suddenly changed with the driver and dispatcher I had. I was told I could have 200lbs of items in the car by brain and then dispatcher changed it to only allowing 100lbs. I was told that it would take 2 days for the car to arrive when I initially booked the shipment with Brian but the car got there very next day and I was not there at the time of pick up.Irene claimed she told me over the phone that it would arrive the next morning but I was never informed of that by her. It seems like everything that was told to me suddenly changed last minute. When all that went wrong I was just told to go ahead and pay the $700 by Brian even though I was quoted at $350 because they didn’t have any more drivers and that the reason the price changed is because of the new driver.To me it makes no sense to have all these changes and if the price is based on the driver then the price should be discussed amongst the customer as well rather than just completely changing the price. So if your gonna use this company be aware they will scam you in the prices. I have photos as well to prove it but can not upload them.

We wish we had been made aware of these concerns while the vehicle was being picked up, as we could have worked to address them in real time. We are particularly concerned about your statement that the carrier charged an additional $100 for personal items. Based on the information provided to us, personal belongings within the agreed allowance should not have resulted in an additional charge. If that occurred, we would like the opportunity to review it with the carrier.
Regarding the pricing, we understand how frustrating the change must have been. Unfortunately, the originally assigned carrier became unavailable, and we kept you informed throughout the process. Because we work with a nationwide network of independent licensed carriers, carrier availability and market conditions can occasionally require assigning a different carrier. We proceeded with the replacement carrier only after discussing the available option with you.
We also apologize if there was any confusion regarding the estimated transit time or communication during your shipment. We strive to provide accurate information and clear updates throughout the transport process, and we're sorry that your experience fell short of that standard.

Good overall experience
Good communication, final price paid was what was quoted up front. Had Alfa Romeo in difficult residential pick up spot and they matched my need to a carrier who was able to safely pick up and transport. Would use this broker in future

I’ve worked with Brain twice so far…
I’ve worked with Brain twice so far with getting my suv transported from the west coast to the east coast. Every time was great and communication was very good. I will continue using him for future transports.
