Iâm sooo disappointed
Iâm a disappointed because I was expecting something more the quality of the hair It's weird, I don't think it's 100% real human hair, not because when I passed the straightener it, the hair scurled and they cut themselves, Also when I passed the brush a lot of hairs came out . So I don't think the hair is 100% natural since other times I've bought real hair in other countries and they weren't like this one even a lot of plastic smell came out of it which shouldn't be

Superior Hair Extensions ããã®åç
Thank you for sharing your experience â weâre really sorry to hear how disappointed youâre feeling ð Thatâs absolutely not how we want you to feel after receiving your hair.
All of our extensions are made from 100% human hair, but we understand your concerns based on what you experienced. Curling when heat is applied, some initial shedding, or a scent from packaging can occasionally happen, but itâs important to us that we properly review this with you rather than leave you feeling unsure about the quality.
Weâd genuinely love the opportunity to look into this further and help resolve it for you. Please reach out to our support team info@superiorhairextensions.com with your order number, along with a few clear photos or a short video showing the issues you mentioned. Our quality team can then assess this and work toward a satisfactory solution for you â whether thatâs further guidance, an exchange, or another option that leaves you feeling confident and supported.
Your feedback matters to us, and we truly appreciate you giving us the chance to assist and make this right ð
