Thank you for your review. I’ve checked your order. It was placed on 21 Oct with S&F Shipping selected at checkout. S&F ships from our China warehouse, which was shown by the stock indicator at checkout. Your order was dispatched on 23 Oct and is now delivered. S&F’s window is 7–14 business days (weekends excluded), so this delivery was within the stated timeframe. Our 5–7 day estimate applies to items dispatched from LA only.
For faster US delivery next time, please select LA Dispatch or DHL Express at checkout.
