Einfach ein tolle Firma. Nach Kontaktaufnahme wegen Schwierigkeiten beim bestellen, wurde schnell eine Lösung gefunden. Der Versand erfolgte reibungslos und flott. Und natürlich ist die Qualität und Verarbeitung der Maschine einfach super. Die Espresso laufen schon!

Unsere Superkop hatte nach zwei Jahren Nutzung technische Mängel. Der Support war zunächst nicht erreichbar. Auf unsere Bewertung hier hat er sich aber dann gemeldet und das Problem gelöst. Danke.

Prachtig apparaat, een design moment voor jezelf, de kunst van onthaasten in optima forma met overheerlijke koffie.

In de eerste plaats zet het apparaat geweldig goede koffie. Ten tweede heb ik een opmerking gemaakt mbt de constructie waarop ze persoonlijk naar mij hebben gereageerd....GEEN AI reactie..... top!

Great machine, but disappointed with a few key issues.

The Superkop itself is a beautifully designed machine and produces great espresso. However, I’ve been disappointed by a couple of things. The wooden components arrived without any varnish or protective finish, which feels like an oversight at this price point.

More frustrating has been the lack of customer support. I’ve reached out twice via their customer support email and also tried contacting them on Instagram, with no response. My questions were fairly straightforward—extraction troubleshooting and how to order a bottomless portafilter to the U.S. They specifically ask customers to contact them directly for this purchase since it’s not available through their online store, yet I haven’t been able to get any reply.

Overall, the machine itself is solid, but the experience is a huge let down by quality control details and unresponsive support. Customer support is usually quite helpful in this industry, but falls short when it comes to Superkop

Superkop is een super product van een super producent.

Na een jaar dagelijks gebruik mankeerde het apparaat iets. Ik heb het team van Superkop toen gemaild en kreeg binnen een dag reactie met advies die het mankement direct heeft verholpen. Super service!

I absolutely love this machine. I have used several manual espresso makers (flair classic, flair 58+ and Picopresso) and this has to be my favorite user experience. It is beautifully designed and really makes a statement on the kitchen counter. The tactile feedback of the ratchet system is very enjoyable. Working through the clicks is always fun.

The espresso has been VERY nice. I have read in several places that people are worried about the pressure fluctuating between pulls of the ratchet system, but this has not affected cup quality for me. I use a Picopresso when traveling, and that also has a varied pressure profile due to it using a hand powered pump to make the espresso.

I have also used multiple baskets in the portafilter with no issues. The IMS Big Bang and IMS Competition baskets have been especially good. Especially in the bottomless portafilter. At some point I hope to wall mount it, but for now it is holding down the counter next to my DF64v.

To summarize. This is a beautiful, exceptionally well built machine that makes amazing espresso and will last forever. So happy I have it on my bar.

Enorme fan. Heel gaaf design en binnen enkele minuten onder de knie. Leuk contact gehad met de eigenaar en hij was altijd bereikbaar voor vragen en vooral antwoorden.

Ik heb jarenlange ervaring met lever espressomachines. De Superkop is een uniek concept en onderscheid zich door het ratelsysteem van zowel manual levers als spring levers. Dit betekent dat je de druk en flow niet zo direct kan bijsturen als met een manual lever, maar meer dan bij een spring lever. Je hebt vooral indirecte controle waarbij je stuurt op flow. De extra naked portafilter is daarbij een fijn hulpmiddel.

Na een beetje oefenen heb ik de Superkop snel onder controle gekregen. De workflow ervaar ik als prettig en de bediening is opvalend licht. Dat laatste is even wennen: het is de bedoeling om juist geen kracht toe te voegen zoals bij manual levers maar gebruik te maken van de ratel. Opwarmen is niet echt nodig omdat de polycarbonaat boiler nauwelijks warmte onttrekt. Bij light roast kun je de boiler en RVS filterdrager makkelijk even voorverwarmen middels een blank shot. De bijgeleverde ridgeless basket is van goede kwaliteit maar vraagt wel om een relatief hoge doseringen van minstens 18 gram. Gelukkig is de Superkop compatibel met de meeste E61 groep accesoires. Ik ben nog aan het experimenteren met wat IMS Competetion baskets die werken met lagere doseringen.

De machine zit erg degelijk in elkaar geschroefd en het resultaat in het kopje mag er zijn. De smaak is vrij zacht en het mondgevoel aangenaam. Over het design ben ik ook te spreken. Mijn Superkop is gezien de eikenhouten basis en het witte frame een mooi mix van Scandinavisch en industrieel design.

Deze machine vliegt op koffie fora een beetje onder de radar. Wat mij betreft is dat onterecht. De Superkop is anders dan anders, maar smoelt goed, is bijna onverwoestbaar en meer dan capabel. Niet voor de coffeegeek die alles wil kunnen meten en alle variabelen wil kunnen controleren; ook niet voor iemand die streeft naar ultieme consistentie. Des te meer voor espresso fans die genieten van een hands-on ervaring en waarde hechten aan de interactie tussen mens en machine. Superkop staat daarbij voor beleving!

Het was fijn zaken doen met Superkop. Het bedrijf is goed bereikbaar en vragen worden snel en adequaat opgepakt. Ook fijn om vooraf even te kunnen sparren. Dit geeft veel vertrouwen. En Made in Holland is iets om trots op te mogen zijn.

Tips: Een bijpassende tamper in dezelfde stijl en meer kleuren zijn welkom! Bijvoorbeeld Scandinavisch blauwgrijs of vintage orange. Of creme. Wellicht nog wat extra baskets voor andere doseringen toevoegen aan de webshop. Wat mij betreft niet alleen fast flow maar ook slow flow baskets voor liefhebbers van een meer klassieke Italiaanse espresso. Voor genieters van cappuccino kan ik de Subminimal Nanofoamer aanbevelen!

Je suis très heureux d'avoir acheté une superkop.
Je cherchais une machine me permettant d'accéder à une veritable expérience espresso sans avoir à gérer de nombreux réglages ou paramètres.
Il y avait aussi le fait qu'elle soit manuelle (ce qui est certe assez sympa et gratifiant) qui était un gage de durabilité qui a aussi fait pencher la balance pour moi au moment de valider mon achat.
Un bon café et un moulin manuel commandante pour moi sont les compléments parfaits pour mes plaisirs cafeinés quotidiens.

Inmiddels heb ik 2 jaar de Superkop en bijzonder blij met het product. Na vele espresso apparaten geprobeerd te hebben uitgekomen bij Superkop. geeft op een makkelijke manier een heel goede espresso. Ook nog mooi design. Wel een keer wat aan gehad, maar werd direct en snel opgelost/vervangen door Superkop. Kortom, aanrader!

Heerlijke koffie uit een heel mooie machine. Service van Superkop ook goed. Vraag wordt snel opgepakt en opgelost.

Bijzonder mooi apparaat, geen elektriciteit en dus geen lawaai. Maakt koffie zetten echt een fijne ervaring! We hadden één van de eerste apparaten en de (witte) lak kwam los; Superkop laten weten en we hebben net een nieuw apparaat ontvangen, nu de zwarte ;)

I bought a Superkop from a distributor in the United States and the optional wall mount and naked portafilter.

The Superkop is a piece of art and a real statement piece for the home that makes fantastic espresso. I had an issue with one of the metal components right out of the box that caused an installation issue. I emailed customer support and received an immediate response along with a resolution in less than a week (I had a replacement part shipped and everything worked afterwards).

Two weeks into making espresso on the superkop and extremely excited to wake up each morning to pull some shots. Getting decaf so I can pull more during evenings 😁. I will say that there is a bit of a learning curve involved. I'm finding that the speed of your lever pulls will impact the quality of your shot (slower seems to work better for me).

Ik heb de Superkop nu een paar maanden in mijn bezit en ben hier zeer blij mee! Heb nu de juiste koffie en instellingen gevonden en maak er heerlijke espresso's mee. Het is een feest

I am very happy with my Superkop. It is a very robust installation, that simply serves its purpuse, i.e. produce an excellent espresso and don’t brake.

The customer support is very friendly and quick. They even responded to me on saturday evening.

The Superkop is a great espresso machine. I highly recommend it. It is solidly built, very easy to use. The Superkop makes a wonderful cup of espresso, and it looks really cool too!

Trying it with pre-ground espresso beans, I found that I had vastly superior results when I switched to freshly ground beans. It took a little experimentation to find the proper grind size (using a Kinu Phoenix), but once I figured that out I could not be any happier with the results.

The customer service from Superkop is also superb. Klaas was quick to respond and was very helpful, going above and beyond in dealing with what I thought was a very minor issue. It is rare to find a company that actually cares about its customers like Superkop does.
