Speedy delivery. Do comfortable. Love them.

Responsive company, the first pair was a bit small, so for the price of shipping they sent me another pair that is the right size. Shipping takes awhile but the boots are exactly as advertised, high quality.

Boots are beautiful and well made. I was nervous about how shipping may take a long time but the shipped a day before they had listed and arrived a day before I expected. Very happy.

The shoes are gorgeous and everyone who sees me wearing them, compliments me on their artsy, creative and gorgeous designs. It's nice to wear art that is also comfortable - a rare treat. And when a pair was too big, they were exchanged with no problems at all. Great shoes, great service.

I received my rainbow walking boots yesterday (they have a name but that's what I call them!) and my stunning embossed turquoise boots today, absolutely stunning! Superb quality, even the stitching on the rainbow boot is rainbow coloured! I have four pairs now, super comfortable, I need comfort as I'm disabled but I love to stand out with a pop of colour. I also got the elephant necklace, Libra bracelet and some earrings. You can pay £50+ just for "trendy" PU boots, good quality leather. Thank you Superladystar. One happy customer. 🥰

They took a little while to ship, but they are so beautiful and so well-made that it is worth the wait.

The ordering was easy enough, and the boots are true to the illustration on your site. The boots are superb, fit well and feel great, the leather quality is excellent. I wore them straight away on receipt and they are super comfy . Very happy with them.
The one negative, not a deal breaker, is the delay in receiving them - well over a month. On enquiry I was told there was an issue with my address and you couldn't process the order. I checked my original order and my address, as given, was correct. Anyway I gave it to you agaiin merely changing UK to United Kingdom and received my boots shortly after.
Will defeinitely be ordering again. Thank you

Sie schauen wirklich so toll aus wie auf den Fotos. Sind sehr angenehm zu tragen und passen perfekt.
Leider stinken sie beim Öffnen des Pakets bestialisch. Sogar mein Mann im Nachbarzimmer hat gefragt was da so stinkt.
Nach 2 Wochen am Balkon kann man sie dann aber endlich tragen.
Wurde schon ein paar mal darauf angesprochen, wie toll sie aussehen.
Zwei neue Paar sind auch schon bestellt. Und das werden bestimmt nicht die letzten sein 🥰
Die Lieferung hat etwas mehr als ein Monat gedauert. Aber dass es länger dauert, haben sie eh überall stehen gehabt, also war es keine Überraschung.

Love Love Love my red boots! They are extremely comfortable and gorgeous. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because shipping time. Took about 3 weeks.

The quality of the shoes is impeccable! I always get so many compliments on my shoes from Superladystar!! I share where I get them all the time!

Excellent product, with a couple of cautions. I ordered 4 pairs. Two pairs came within 1 month, as I expected. Two pairs came in about 6 weeks. A bit long, but again they stated that up front. The big surprise is that they all had a very strong smell, like gasoline. In googling, I learned that this is petroleum from the manufacturing process. I had to let them sit in the garage for 3 weeks, but then they are fine after that. Very comfy and beautiful!

Communication regarding timing and delivery were not good. Ordered on December 5, delivered on January 7.Although there is a notice about them shoes being handmade and taking time, there is no indication of how long that means in terms of expected delivery.
