Kandy did a great job on her first visit. She arrived on time with the necessary equipment and supplies. I asked for special attention to a couple of issues. She then immediately went to work and did everything to clean my house. She worked hard to clean the soap scum from the shower. My house was left really clean and shinny and I am grateful for her help.

Poor service. Do not pay for this.they ask for a priority list which they dont follow. I prioritised my children spare bedroom walls which they never touched and then failed to communicate back to me. When l contacted them via email, they explained that the ladies who cleaned did not clean because they were worried they would make the walls worse. I have never heard of a dirty thing being made worse by cleaning. I had to clean the walls myself. To my suprise, they never communicated this to me until l asked about the walls. I found this very disappointing and unprofessional. This is a paid service and they were supposed to deliver and even at least communicate and deduct money. I would not recommend them to anyone who wants an end of tenancy clean otherwise you will end up cleaning on your own like l did after paying money to someone. Supermaids please, why do you ask for a priority cleaning list when you dont follow it and when you dont do it not because you have run out of time but because you simply dont want to clean it. Very bad service

Used twice a few months ago before we moved. Just got a random charge of $250+ out of nowhere. And no one is picking up the phone or responding to emails. Be careful with these guys once they have your credit card number

bad bad place to get a job, advertised 16 to 29 hours for a cleaner on interview said it's 10 hours and it take 4 weeks to start, rubbish company reported to indeed avoid

I would like to say a big thank you to Shini. With her help I managed to get a chinese speaking helper for my 98 yrs old mother. Shini is very patient and helpful to accommodate to my request as my mom cant understand/speak english. With her recommendation, the helper has arrived within a month. She kept me updated on the progress of the application and all the admin issues.

Maids came after the appointment window. They intentionally cut off and took home an aloe leaf while cleaning. Their cleaning fluid damaged our microwave. Super maids does nothing to remedy or understand. Only deflects responsibility. Asked if the roof leaked if that would also be their fault.

Nancy ( the manager) contacted me and asked me for my requirements. I told her exactly what I was looking for and of course she promised me the moon. They sent a few profiles to lure me but just to make me pay.
Since I paid I am getting sent profiles ( most are women on visit visa or who lost their jobs ) but nothing like my requirements but the best joke is that they tell me salaries are 1,800
When I interview the ladies who seem to be ok and want to try them, all of a sudden the salary becomes 3,000 !!!!
It has been 3 weeks now and I am still waiting to find me a maid-cook …

We've used several other house cleaning services and maid services and SuperMaids.com definitely is worth every cent! Our regular cleaners are Yesenia and Aida, two locely women who work astonishingly fast and efficient. Three bedroom home with two black labs and they leave it spotless. We'd love to have them stop by weekly but we're home now due to covid do we switched to every other week. Can't write enough good things about SuperMaids.com
