Easy to connect and fast decision making

Updated to 5 stars for Antonio in customer services for his transparency and explanation in the email sent to me and their reply below. I appreciate them replying, explaining and acting so promptly!

Previous 1 star review: This is about Super Payments, but my experience with them is centred around a purchase I made with one of their clients 'Click2pharmacy' you need to be careful at checkout if any organisation uses Super Payments whose system is confusing! Especially if you're of a certain age with less brain power like me luckily I still have my intelligence intact mostly!

I placed my order with Click2pharmacy and although it said at checkout, if you don't want to be signed up to 'Super Payment' don't put your number in payment section. This was actually misleading because I only put my mobile number in the account registration and not in the payment area because I paid by Google Wallet.

However they signed me up for 'Super Payment' anyway!

I think I managed to cancel my account with Super Payments and Click2pharmacy, but time will tell.

I'm now worried Super Payments is going to take out a subscription fee, which I definitely do not want and I'm sure I didn't sign up too! I think that Google Wallet protects me on that front, hopefully!

I'm sure this is breach of UK Trading Standards!

I have just sent them an email address that I found on TrustPilot, I'll update on here when I receive a reply!

This whole episode has been a complete waste of time though and needless caused me stress all because of the misleading way it's been managed!

I'm very pleased. This was my first purchase and I immediately received cashback. I recommend it to everyone.

Financial incentive is great!

Doubled a payment because they didn't tell the retailer I'd paid- no way to sort this.

Update: Super's reply was "nothing to do with us". They told me it was all the merchant's responsibility. A joke of an organisation.
Here is their initial response "Similar to Visa and MasterCard, we are a payment provider and unfortunately, do not have access to back end systems. That said, we can see that two successful transactions took place within two minutes of each other.

Please kindly reach out to the brand you shopped with to acquire the relevant details pertaining to your order, including refunds. "
That isn't taking responsibility- they only responded at all because I gave this review, otherwise thety would have ignored this completely.

I didn't think the cashback offer was genuine. Whilst I missed out on the way in 3, I did end up earning a cashback plus discount at check out. Genuine and secure method.

I was happy with super payments and easier to pay with installment...

I’ve used Super Payments a couple of times now and it’s great! Nice to get some cashback, and I was able to pay using Apple Pay and my usual card. There’s an app, but it works no problem on desktop as well.

Edit: Per Super’s comment below, yep I meant paying via Super works fine if you’re buying off a desktop site :)

It’s a great idea to make payments .very simple and helpful

Absolute rubbish, it was meant to use my money sitting which expires tomorrow and it didn’t take it off. This site is a scam

Quick and easy to use

I got a new number a d a new bank card due to it being stolen and now it’s caused all sorts of issues! My payment failed so I contact customer support right away where Vivienne gave me their bank details to pay, which I did immediately after, I am still being chased for payment! I’ve emailed the Aboard with no response! Still getting emails saying I haven’t paid this is shocking! I can’t log into my account as they have no was of getting me back into it, due to me changing my number and they can’t change it on the system? What age are we living in? Sound like they are back in the 80s. I am getting so frustrated now as I keep getting threatening emails but I have made my account up to date! Where is the support when you need it the most. I will be going to citizens advice to see how I can escalate to higher authorities. Poor , just so frustratingly poor! Sort it out
