Kevin and the nine‑piece SuperSonic Hearts — complete with a full horn section — made our wedding celebration nothing short of legendary. Their three 40‑minute dance sets kept the floor packed from the first downbeat to the final note, and our guests were raving all night about the energy, musicianship, and sheer fun this band brought to the room.

They handled requests with enthusiasm, performed our traditional and customary music flawlessly, and knew exactly when to turn up the funk and get everyone moving. Several guests told us it was the best wedding band they had ever seen, and we couldn’t agree more.

Beyond the main event, the band also provided beautiful live music for our ceremony and a sophisticated jazz trio for the cocktail hour, delivering timeless standards and familiar favourites with style. Every musical moment throughout the day was executed with precision and professionalism.

Equally impressive was the behind‑the‑scenes experience. Booking, pre‑event communication, load‑in/out, and coordination with the venue were all seamless. The entire team was organized, responsive, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

We already knew that Supersonic Hearts Band would deliver a phenomenal performance after seeing them live and listening to their covers on streaming platforms. However, what truly impressed us was their exceptional level of planning, seamlessly communication and professionalism leading up to our wedding day.

During the previous year of our destination wedding in Montreal two weeks ago, we had the pleasure of connecting with Julien, who meticulously gathered all the necessary information to create the perfect setlist based on our musical preferences and our guests' interests. After discussing our expectations and the specific atmosphere we wanted to create, the band took our vision and completely brought the house down.

They played three spectacular sets, and the entire room danced, sang, and partied all night long. They made our wedding celebration uniquely festive and unforgettable. Our guests are still in awe of the immense talent of all the musicians and lead singers. The band smoothly transitioned from high-energy Motown, funk, and soul classics to the most hyped, upbeat contemporary hits. To top it off, they masterfully performed two Latin songs in perfect Spanish, which was a huge surprise for half of our guests who are originally from Venezuela.

A special shout-out goes to one of our lead singers, who also served as our MC. Beyond impressing us with her incredible vocals and charisma, she effortlessly ran the show, flawlessly handling the introductions and commentary at every stage of the wedding.

Ours was a multi-generational milestone party - not a wedding! And the band was terrific. They brought energy to each set, checking in with us during the evening and importantly, looked like they were having fun, too.

Supersonic Hearts Band made our wedding reception simply awesome! Was such a fun time and everybody loved the band. Their dedicated planning and great communication upfront combined with reliable execution made for a great event. Abbey's vocals were amazing - the band came in, did their thing and rocked it! Absolutely fantastic wedding band - they put on an amazing show and were SO easy to work with. We are so glad we used them for our wedding day!

A few notes in particular - 1) multiple touchpoints to understand what we were looking for, 2) high level of flexibility; we had the groom and some of his groomsmen play a set, and Ross / team worked around to be able to help us make that happen, 3) incredible act - they CRUSHED their set list and were super engaging with the crowd, including getting the crowd the mic to sing along, and joining a limbo line!
