Fabulous day with JoMalone/ M Threadneedle Street restaurant.

My daughter and I received this experience following a successful bid by my husband at a charity golf auction.
We had a choice of venues for both parts of the day, but we decided on the Jo Malone store at the Royal Exchange rather than the Regent’s Street store as the restaurant linked to that one was a steakhouse- so not a great choice for a vegetarian!

In fact it was a much better choice for us as we enjoyed a more personal and intimate experience in a small historic building.

We were met by Georgina ( assistant manager) and Jo who greeted us with a glass of sparkling wine before we started our experience. This involved sampling various scents which we then discussed in detail to decide if they were right for us.

Georgina was absolutely lovely. She was very friendly while being completely professional. Of course she was super knowledgeable about all the products and she listened carefully to what we would like to try and made various suggestions and recommendations for us based on our feedback.

We also had an arm massage which was very relaxing and again allowed us to sample a combination of different perfumes, balancing one scent with another to give us our own unique aroma.

Afterwards we went back to the main area to spend our £100 vouchers.Jo served us and again she was friendly and attentive while we made our choices We also received goodie bags with yet more samples of the fabulous products they have.

After that we had a lunch booking at M Threadneedle St where we had the three course set lunch. Again the staff were very attentive and the food was excellent. The restaurant itself was easy to find after our Jo Malone experience and overall it was a brilliant day which went without a hitch.
Both venues were expecting us and the whole experience proceeded smoothly.

We had a wonderful trip to Henley for the Regatta on an amazing Steam powered boat. James was delightful as always and we enjoyed Champagne, great food and great company. Thank you.

What an experience..
Greeted by James ( lead organizer ) and explained how the day was going to go..
The steam boat Alaska was really fun to be on.
The day started with a glass of Bollinger Bubbly and six hours later it was still flowing..
Food offered , canopes and afternoon lunch were of quality ..
The crew were very helpful and Jolly.
The River trip and surrounding areas were amazing.
The atmosphere when around the race start and finish was really buzzing and other events going on were spectacular..
All in all - a fantastic day - worth every Penny and it would be rude not to do it all again :)

A fabulous day out and enjoyed it immensely.

We went to the Classic Car Rally in Joucas Provence and had a fabulous time.
Tim,Ed and Layla were fantastic from start to finish. Every detail is covered.
The Hotel was great and in a wonderful location.
This was our first Superstars experience but I'm confident it won't be our last

I have been a buyer of a number of experience lots in auctions that Superstars have managed and each time the service and attention to detail has been exemplary . This is in contrast to experiences with other auction organisers whereby you buy a trip/experience and it becomes more hassle than organising yourself. As a result of our positive experiences Superstars are our go to people for sporting trips , The Masters 22 was first class once again and every detail taken care of for our bespoke trip with golf at Kiawah before heading to Augusta . Highly recommended .

Our 4th time with Superstars at the US Masters! The lads are fantastic in their hospitality but would ask they look at an alternative Hotel. Hilton Columbia was not up to par this time around.
But still a great trip!

We started working with Superstars in 2021, which was our first virtual event in 19 years. In 2022 we have just delivered our 20th event, raising more than £35,000 for our charities, and Superstars were integral in that, great auction lots delivered, we had on the night support, which was worthwhile as there was maximum effort making the bids flow. Thanks to James & Mark and all the tech people, and on the night support. A definite recommendation from the WCoSP.

As with all auctions you never know if you are going to get what you expect. I can say with confidence that Superstars delivered exactly what it said on the tin. They arranged the hotel stay and a meal at a different hotel to perfection. I would have no hesitation in purchasing from a Superstars auction in the future. Special thank you to Layla.

Outstanding. I have nothing but praise for the way Superstars assisted us to run our on line auction. They made the whole process easy throughout, they were attentive, responsive and with us every step of the way. The lots they entered added significant interest and were excellent value. It felt like a true partnership throughout.

As a charity fundraiser I am always looking at new ideas. Auctions have always scared me but took the plunge and gave it a go. Thankfully I was recommended Superstars who were incredible from start to finish. Always so friendly, helpful and professional. The set up is brilliant, especially to smaller charities like ours that don't have much of a budget. There are no lay out costs or commission and they offer incredible Lots which you still gain from. At first I was sceptical and thought there must be some hidden costs somewhere but there really isn't. Our first auction was a great success making a wonderful amount of money for our charity. I cannot thank Superstars enough for everything they did and cannot wait to work with them again next year to make our auction even bigger and better.

Mark Swadling and his team at Superstars provided a 5 star service to me and the charity. On the night we raised significantly more funds than originally anticipated and that was in no small part due to Superstars. Superstars provided a friendly and courteous service to over 250 guests and ensured all dues were paid promptly. I cannot praise them highly enough and will definitely be using their services in the future.

An evening at The Hand and Flowers pub which was purchased through a Charity auction was all we expected it to be. First class service and food. A bonus was getting a photo from the host himself Tom Kerridge - lovely man. Also the Southampton hospitals charity benefitted.

We went to the Tom Kerridge evening at the Hand and Flowers and it really was great, from the welcome, the food, the wine and the setting, it was great and really was a one off with getting to meet Tom himself as well. Really well organised by Superstars and would recommend for others.

It says it in the name, Superstars are literally SUPERSTARS! Helpful, super diligent and friendly- there's not much more you can ask from an auction platform provider. Best in the business! Big shout out to Mark in particular- Thanks so much!

Fantastic trip to berry brothers organised by superstars. Excellent wine, great lunch and great company!

I recently hosted a Fundraiser for 250 people in memory of my wife and we were raising money for a local charity,who had cared for my wife. Superstars worked with me for over a year in the preparation ,and their dedication and support was immense. On the night their team worked tirelessly and played a large part in us raising significantly more money than originally contemplated.
I cannot praise them highly enough.

Superstars organised and ran our auction for us at our recent Fundraising Gala and did an excellent job. Previously we'd done this ourselves but Superstars took away all the pressure from the organising team and exceeded all expectations. We look forward to using them again in the future.

We took part in the classic car experience. We were given the opportunity to drive an array of classic cars, each with its own nuances to discover. A particularly funny/scary moment when the knob of one of the gear sticks came off mid gear change. In one car we were perilously close to running out of petrol but made it to the pub with fumes to spare!
Hilarious day, fab lunch and James and Mark were calm, relaxed and engaging hosts.

We took part in the classic car rally organised by Superstars and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Being able to hop into a number of classic cars throughout the day driving through the scenic landscape of Surrey made for a very pleasurable experience.

Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is keen on driving a classic car.
