I am thrilled with everything except I sent a note that I would pay additional get the product next day air, Supervane ignored my request. Let me see, he will pay more, I will make more profit and I ignore. I wish I was making that much money in today’s economy!!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We have sent you a detailed explanation of the situation by email. However, we would like to clarify the matter here for our customers who may read your review:
We are based in Malta, and the only delivery option we can offer is DHL Express, which is applied by default to all orders shipped to the USA. Your order was placed after our daily cut-off time and was dispatched the following working morning. Unfortunately, we were unable to ship your order any faster, even at an additional cost.
Regarding the unanswered message - it was sent through the website (not as a separate email), and due to a technical issue, our support team did not receive it. This issue has now been resolved. Once again, thank you for your order and feedback, and we look forward to continued cooperation in the future.

Here is a breakdown of the shipping and customs charges based on your recent orders:
DHL (4.0 kg): $63.60
FedEx (2.7 kg): $148.20
DHL Customs (order value is 25% higher): $202.40
FedEx Customs: $128.92
Total Costs:
DHL: $266.00
FedEx: $277.12 (despite a smaller order value)
As shown, DHL is the more cost-effective delivery option. Therefore, the statement that the service costs "doubled with DHL" is inaccurate.
