I bought 3 3M filters back in 2022 and I haven't received nothing yet, and the merchant doesn't respond emails or calls. And totally random I received an email from them showing an order update, which says my order is on its way, that was in Nov 13, 2025. That is ridiculous, I want my money back!

All the poor reviews here are exactly what I experienced trying to buy a couple of water filters from this pathetic seller. He should be panhandling on the street somewhere and not running any business including a lemonade stand.

Buyer beware when shopping this site. It is apparently a one man operation. The seller has a long winded shipping policy page that, in part, states that he will apply "post sales" shipping charges. However, during the checkout process there is a shipping calculator which calculates a $0 shipping charge. Moreover the checkout page also has a radio button to check for "free shipping". Any reasonable customer would assume that the checkout receipt with "free shipping" overrides any boiler plate shipping policy as most retail shopping sites have standard shipping policies and also offer free shipping. This seller in fact charged my PayPal account $23.99 for shipping after having charged my account $214.52 for the original "free shipping" sale. The seller refused to refund the shipping charges after several email exchanges, referring to the site shipping policies as cover for the charge. This site is clearly designed to obfuscate the real cost of purchase to trick online buyers into thinking the delivered cost of merchandise from this site is less than it actually is. The presence of a "free shipping" checkbox on the checkout web page clearly is an intended misdirection that in my opinion makes this company deceitful if not illegal. Order cancellation and return fees are high to discourage any cancellations. It is a clever form of bait and switch, an online tarbaby. You will not know the shipping charge until AFTER you place an order.

10 days after placing my order, I'd neither received it nor did I have any communication from SuperWater.com. The website showed that it was still processing, so I called. I spoke with Jacques, who seemed to be a one-man show. In my attempt to tell him my name, my order # and why I called, he interrupted me repeatedly, boasting of his credentials and intelligence and stating that he knows everything about every order that comes in. He kept jabbering about how the country's gone to pot, nobody wants to work, blah blah blah. I continually attempted to bring him back to my order, ultimately having to ask him to stop talking and allow me to speak. This guy was either high on something, or just not firing on all cylinders. He asked me to "give him until Monday" to get things straightened out. He copied me on an email sent to the supplier, and in that it appeared that the order had never been placed. I didn't hear back from him on Monday, so at 2:30pm I requested the order be canceled. I followed that up with a request to be updated on the cancellation and refund status, to which he replied, "Of course!". Having not heard back by Thursday at 2:30pm, I requested status of the refund. 15 minutes later I received confirmation from PayPal that I had received it. Then he sent me an email and told me to check my statement, as if I'd just not seen it. I'm glad that I ultimately received a refund, but I wouldn't recommend this site to anybody. Fishy stuff going on here!!

I placed an order online for an air filter. I received confirmation, and about 20 minutes later received an email saying my order was cancelled. I emailed the vendor at SuperWater (Jacques). He accused me of being a criminal and running a scam! Read the emails between us to see what it was like dealing with this business:

You do have something to blame yourself about, and that’s jumping to conclusions. I am a real, honest customer.

How are you going to be scammed by accepting money through Apple Pay/Mastercard and sending out a product you sell?

What scam am I running? Would you like to be sued for defamation?

(Meanwhile, I received an email from ResellerRatings.com asking me to review my experience with SuperWater. I gave them a 1-star review, obviously.)

You are really displaying paranoid type issues with these emails you’ve sent to me.

I am a real and legitimate customer, so if there is karma coming for anyone, as you put it, it would be self-inflicted on yourself.

Be aware when stopping in this store. They charged shipping after you checked out and payed for the order. They may also send you an alternative product from the one depicted in their site.

Was told the products I wanted were on hand and could be shipped that same day. When I saw no sign of any shipment headed my way, I contacted the owner who said my order had to be cancelled due to supply chain issues. I was not notified. Obviously, telling me that the products were and hand and would be shipped that day was simply not true.

I spoke with Jacques in customer service, and he was very helpful in guiding me to the product he thought I needed. Unfortunately, it turned out not to be what I needed, and I had to return the product.

You say 90% of items ship free, I'm sorry, you've been doing this long enough to know which items can ship free, VERY disappointed that after my confirmation email there was a shipping charge of $13.95 added to my order, to avoid bad reviews, how about asking the customer if they're ok with "the amount" you're going to charge instead of adding a SURPRISE to your bill, why not add it at checkout so the buyer knows ahead of time! First and last time buyer, yes it's a quality product delivered in a timely fashion, just not happy with the add on shipping fee

I placed an order on August 30th. I ordered through this company in particular due to the fact that this vender said it shipped within one day.

It’s been over two weeks and I don’t even have a shipping confirmation.

I’m leaving the country for a war zone with questionable water and don’t know if I even have time to re-order from another vender before I leave.

The practice of adding shipping costs after you have placed your order making it look like you won't be charged for shipping. Then receiving a email stating that you are charged a whopper shipping charge, we use FedEx everyday and I know the costs we pay and yours is crazy! I will not purchase from SuperWater again.

Delivery was on time and seamless. Thanks!
