Заказываю периодически сапплименты через эту компанию. Все приходит вовремя. Один раз была задержка по вине почты, компания (менеджер Ана) помогла решить этот вопрос и на следующий день препарат был уже у меня .

They abuse the email address provided when buying, to bombard you with advertising emails every day. It is so annoying, and the unsubscribe button does not change it. So be aware of when buying products from this company that you will be getting a lot of SPAM.

I made a purchase from the US. Checkout and payment were flawless.

Once my package arrived in the US, it was held at Customs until the proper paperwork was produced by Supplement Hub. I emailed the company about the issue and their response was immediate both to myself and to Customs.

My package then had to be reviewed and approved by Customs in order for it to continue to my house. I think all in all, because of this hold up, shipping was about 3 weeks. However I was in no rush and Supplement Hub was very helpful during this time.

EDIT: Fedex Customs did end up sending me a bill for $43 for "duties, taxes and fees". That's no fault to Supplement Hub, but anyone purchasing internationally should be aware of this extra charge!

My initial thoughts were they were great, the ordering was easy and I placed and paid for my order. Then I was contacted by a courier company Velonix Logistics advising I needed to pay $205 delivery fee. This was never mentioned when I ordered and when I contacted the representative from SupplementHub he said if I wanted to get my order I needed to pay it, so stupidly I did. They then asked for proof of payment, which I provided, that wasn’t good enough, they wanted a video of my phone screen showing the bank transfer, I refused. They said the order will be on hold until I provide. The representative from Supplement Hub then became intimidating accusing me of being a scammer and making treats if I take any further action. So now I’ve paid for product and shipping and have nothing.
I would never use this company again.

I'm located in Bruges, Belgium. As long as Supplementhub chooses Aramex+UPS for it's deliveries, I will never order anything there anymore. UPS is famous for coming up with fake excuses to delay the delivery. I have had the same problem with them both in Belgium and abroad. My parcel arrived rather quickly in Brussels, but then it took in total 10 days to reach its destination. They started by sending me every day for three days an email saying that the delivery was delayed to the following day. And then they said that my parcel was put on hold in their hub. The reason: my house number was not correct? Two days later they said it was because of a wrong address. Of course my address was perfect. I have read other customers with who voiced exactly the same complaint. Out of despair I changed the delivery address to a pick-up point and then some days later they delivered. I wrote two messages to Supplementhub about this, but they never replied.

Purchased from the US and my supplement came fast. Product was exactly as described and great quality. Definitely impressed with this company and thankful.

Aufgrund der wenigen und schlechten Bewertungen hier bin ich bisher immer davor zurückgeschreckt, bei Supplementhub Global zu bestellen.
Ich hatte mit anderen schlecht bewerteten Shops in der Vergangenheit positive Erfahrungen, weswegen ich mich,
nachdem das Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, das ich gebraucht habe, in dem einzigen anderen nach Deutschland liefernden Shop schon länger nicht mehr vorrätig war, dazu entschlossen habe, es auch hier zu versuchen.
(U.a. auch, weil Supplementhub UK bessere Bewertungen hat als Supplementhub Global - habe aber auf SH Global bestellt).

Es ist alles super gelaufen! Ich habe am Mittwoch am frühen Abend bestellt, am Donnerstag (etwas weniger als 24 Stunden nach meiner Bestellung) kamen die Versandbestätigung und der Link zur Sendungsverfolgung und heute, Samstag, wurden die Produkte - wie im Vorfeld angekündigt - geliefert.

Ich habe zwei verschiedene bestellt und eins ist noch bis Oktober 2027 und eins bis November 2028 haltbar.

Es ist sehr wahrscheinlich, dass ich hier noch häufiger einkaufen werde!

Waited over 2 weeks with few responses many days apart, terrible customer service.

I'm writing to them every single day on support chat for 2 weeks

No responses.

I'm emailing almost every day. I get AI replies.

Been 4 weeks since I placed my order and no items arrived.

Non-existent customer service. I have been writing them using there contact form for over three weeks and have yet to get a reply from a human. Every reply is automated and useless. I have searched and searched for a phone number but there are none.

Parcel blocked by the customs because Supplementhub did not include the invoice. They also do not reply to my several emails asking for the invoice itself over the past week. Unfortunately they do not have a phone number, only email.

And to think I paid extra $50 for Priority Fedex...

In the end I did not receive my supplements, and I lost $230.

I will dispute my payment if still no reply after 3 days.

My order SG15854 should be shipped using Aramex express and I paid nearly 50 EUR for this option to get it fast, they shipped with the terrible FedEx (yes where I live it is known to be terrible). The package is stuck somewhere in Dubai and nobody knows anything about it. All you get from this seller is a sorry for the delay. Notably, I started to get spam emails in Dutch after purchase. The seller should pay attention to a potential data leakage.
