Ausgezeichneter Kundenservice
1) Hochwertige Qualität der Produkte.
2) Unkomplizierte, sichere und schnelle Lieferung.
3) Ausgezeichneter Kundenservice. Ich hatte einige Fragen, die alle mit Geduld und Freundlichkeit zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit beantwortet wurden. Das schätze ich sehr.
4) Die Preise sind zum Teil etwas höher als anderswo, aber das ist meiner Meinung nach auf Grund von Punkt 1) bis 3) absolut berechtigt und fair.
Ich werde das Unternehmen gerne empfehlen.

Nach über drei Wochen keine Ware, Reaktion erst nach Bewertung auf Trustpilot
Am 15.07.2026, also vor über drei Wochen, bestellt und bezahlt. Seitdem nichts - keine Versandinformation und kein Paketempfang. Der Status auf der Website besagt noch immer "Thank you – payment received ✅". Am 04.08. hatte ich nachgehakt und eine Frist für den Versand gesetzt sowie um eine Erklärung der Verzögerung gebeten. Wieder keine Reaktion.
Bei meiner letzten Bestellung aus Januar 2026 war es ähnlich, schließlich hatte es aber doch geklappt. Auch diesmal habe ich noch Hoffnung, warne aber gleichzeitig dringend vor dem Shop.
Ergänzung am 11.08.2026: Nach der Rückmeldung von BMS Vital ist der Kaufbetrag prompt erstattet worden. Ich habe meine Bewertung daraufhin von 1 auf 3 Punkte erhöht. Bedauerlich finde ich weiterhin, dass BMS - zumindest bei mir - erst reagiert, wenn ich eine schlechte Bewertung bei Trustpilot hinterlasse.

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie mit Ihrer Bestellung unzufrieden waren.
Auf der Produktseite weisen wir darauf hin, dass dieser Artikel nur vorbestellt werden kann und die Lieferzeit daher 1–2 Wochen betragen kann. Leider ist das Produkt derzeit auch beim Hersteller nicht verfügbar und generell nur schwer zu beschaffen.
Wir verstehen dennoch Ihre Enttäuschung über die Verzögerung und entschuldigen uns für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten. Da wir Ihnen aktuell keinen verlässlichen Liefertermin nennen können, haben wir Ihre Bestellung vollständig zurückerstattet.

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The delivery took more than 3 weeks, which is far too long, especially considering how expensive the order was.
What made the experience even worse was the delivery service. The package was simply left at the entrance of the building with no notice, no warning, and no attempt to ensure it was received safely. Luckily, a neighbour brought it inside and left it at my door. Otherwise, it could easily have been stolen after I had already waited over 3 weeks for goods I had fully paid for.
The company appears to use the cheapest delivery service available, and it shows in the quality of service. I have bought from this website twice, but after this experience, I will not be buying from them again.

I cannot give more than two stars , the delivery was enough quick , but i bought two box of Enzymes Digestive ultra on the beginning of this July , i wonder why this enzymes expiry date is January 2027 ?!

Regarding the expiry date, the manufacturer supplies this product to all authorized retailers with the same shelf life. The bottles you received expire in January 2027, which means they still have more than six months of shelf life remaining.
Each bottle contains 90 capsules, with a recommended serving size of 2 capsules, providing 45 servings. Under normal use, the product would typically be consumed well before its expiry date.

Due to customs orders take longer but quality products
I have placed an order more than 2 weeks ago which has not been received I am unable to track it and no one has replied to my message’s on web site and emails won’t deliver for some reason which is very odd .
Today I have received my order and a lovely email from the company explaining that because of customs my order had taken longer than expected. The product is excellent quality so I am pleased I also found emails replying to my questions in my spam .

J'ai passé commande le mercredi 8/4/26 pour un montant de 106,34e en probiotiques.
Après quelques difficultés de réception de mail, j'ai bien reçu ma commande et des informations de la part du service client. Mon colis était conforme, commande bien emballée, chaîne du froid respectée.

es tut uns leid zu hören, dass Sie unzufrieden sind.
Ein Teil unseres Sortiments besteht aus selten nachgefragten Spezialprodukten, die wir auf Vorbestellung liefern. Dies ist klar auf der Produktseite angegeben (mit einer entsprechenden Lieferzeit) und unser System sendet automatisch eine E-Mail-Benachrichtigung unmittelbar nach der Bestellung, wenn ein Artikel momentan nicht auf Lager ist.
Der Grund dafür ist, dass viele dieser Produkte eine begrenzte Haltbarkeit haben. Wenn wir sie dauerhaft auf Lager halten würden, bestünde die Gefahr, dass Kunden Produkte mit kurzer Restlaufzeit erhalten – was ebenfalls häufig zu Unzufriedenheit führt. Daher bestellen wir bestimmte Artikel frisch beim Lieferanten, sobald eine Bestellung eingeht.
Selbstverständlich bieten wir in solchen Fällen jederzeit eine sofortige Rückerstattung an, wenn ein Kunde nicht warten möchte.

Zahlung erfolgt, keine Lieferung und keine Rückmeldung
Am 05.01.26 habe ich per Überweisung 53 € bezahlt. Bis heute habe ich weder die Ware noch eine Rückmeldung erhalten. mehrere E-Mails inkl. Zahlungsnachweis bleiben unbeantwortet. Ich bin daher vom Kaufvertrag zurückgetreten.
