Fraudulent placebo product
Product ordered and received, but unfortunately it had NO EFFECT at all, so I took it to a lab for analysis.
The lab reported that “no active substance was found.”
Check the 1‑star reviews — you’ll see I’m not the only one.
And you might not even realize it yourself… be careful with placebo effects.
After sending them the analysis results as proof, they had the nerve to tell me they’re not responsible for what they sell on their website.
And when I reminded them of European laws, they were basically on the verge of calling me a liar, implying everything could be fake.
Shameful — I’ve honestly never seen anything like it. The audacity.
Anyway, be very careful when ordering from them, because you might receive something, but be cautious about what you consume :)

You've contacted us with so-called “lab reports” just one day after receiving the product. We actually do analysis from our end regularly to test our providers and such analyses normally require more time and proper documentation. Usual lead time is at least 10-14 days.
When we asked you to provide verification of the laboratory, testing procedure, and proof that the tested sample was indeed our sealed product you simply ignored it and started to escale situation. No verifiable proof was provided. This behavior constitutes clear blackmail.
We stand behind the quality of the products we sell. If any legitimate issue is presented with proper, verifiable documentation from an accredited laboratory, we are always willing to review it through and issue a refund.
