Hi Joseph, I just received my order and it is perfect!!! I am quite pleased with the quality of the items and packing of my goods. I own a spa on Cape Cod, provide services and run an online store. My new venture is subscription beauty boxes. To round out the private label skincare products featured in the boxes I ordered some accessories from Supplied. I will be ordering again soon!

I ordered 6 fedoras for my first purchase just to test out the product. It took a while to come but when they were delivered I was surprised of the quality and the color of the hats. I ordered 20 more hats and they were delivered a lot quicker. I plan to order more hats, I am very pleased of my purchase.

Half my order was supposedly out of stock. After waiting so long for the order to arrive, half of it missing. No email. Contacted them through email, ( they have no phone number) they said they would refund my money. After a week, no refund. Another email, excuses why it's taking so long. Been three weeks!

I had a horrible experience with this company. They cancelled my order, without a notice. I waited weeks for my products to come in. I decided to contact customer service, and they replied every 24hrs or more. She told me that she summited a refund, and that it was only going to take 4-5 days. I waited 2 weeks more, I get in contact with her again, she says that the refund hasn't been process yet because they had an issue with their system and that it should be processed in few days . it has been a week and they haven't giving my money back. My next step is to call my bank, I don't know what else to do.
