It’s regarding supply 6 delivery.
I had order for COD but later I got a link to pay the amount and I paid. But while delivery, the delivery agent was so stubborn that he said it’s not paid. And supply 6 people didn’t even send me any invoice of payment. I had just my GPay transactions. This system of not tracking the paid orders is so unprofessional and I would definitely not going buy any products from supply 6.

Non delivery of product even after weeks of followup and No accountability from the Customer Support

Placed order on 10/10/2025, the order get canceled and asked for refund, as of today(14/06/2026) after 8 months I haven’t got refund yet.

Extremely Poor Service and No Accountability:
I placed an order on 17th Aug and that was promised for delivery by 24th Aug, but it never arrived. There were no proactive updates or apologies from the brand, and every follow-up felt ignored. This casual attitude towards customers is disappointing and has caused me unnecessary inconvenience.

If the brand cannot honor its delivery commitments, it should communicate clearly and resolve issues promptly. This experience has made me lose trust in the brand.

This is for supply6 hydration salt lime flavor. The product is highly acidic and burns throat like vinegar. I think the citric acid content is very high. When i used the product for few days i got like a burnt throat like i eat too much vinegar. And after stopping this, it became fine, but when i start to use it again, throat go bad again.
Either its defective batch or badly formulated with highly acidic ph.

Delivery was slow as well. Wasted 535rs completely i cant use the product anymore. Have written to them, if they arent helpful will complain to fssai as well.
