Eine Anzeige wird folgenden. Glücklicherweise interessiert sich mittlerweile die Presse für die Firma.
Hintergrund: Bestellung wurde storniert, kam trotzdem. Geld wurde abgebucht. Nach 10-Facher Anfrage kam endlich die Rücksendeadresse. Die Ware liegt seit 4 Wochen! im Retourenlager.
Keine Rücküberweisung (127,-€), keine Ware. Straftat ist bestätigt, gilt auch weltweit.

Absolutely no response from this service. This is a fraudulent service. Please do not use.

Firstly, when my team was considering moving our CSM to Zendesk, the sales people repeatedly lied to us, stating that the software could do things we have since been told are not possible, such as integrating directly with Hubspot to import our customer communication histories or to record CS correspondence from Zdesk to Hubspot, so that we can have a complete timeline of customer comms; such as configuring the software to allow agents to identify who is coming in via chat - our customers sign into our software, why should they have to fill out another form to identify themselves in the chat that they've opened INSIDE THE SOFTWARE THEY ALREADY SIGNED INTO?? The customization options for their Help Center are not what was promised either, offering far less customizability than we were led to believe, and what customizability is available requires coding by us, while most Help Center designs available through Zdesk require additional purchase.

Additionally, their "customer service" is atrocious. They take days, sometimes WEEKS, to respond to chat inquiries. What is the point of offering chat if I then have to wait days to get a response? Just say you don't offer chat. When they do respond, they often clearly have not actually read the description of the problem, as they continuously ask questions that have already been answered in the initial message. The inquiry gets bounced around to a million different people, who all ask the same basic questions, which are, again, answered in the initial inquiry. IF they finally offer any resolution at all, it is usually one that doesn't work, and often they suggest a solution we've already told them won't work for us, acting as if we hadn't already told them that. Out of the 5 or so inquiries I've made to try and resolve various problems, I've gotten a useful solution from them exactly 1 time, and even that didn't actually work for our customer.

I shouldn't absolutely DREAD contacting customer service because it's such an exhausting and useless experience. It is literally easier to just get our own engineers to find workarounds than to deal with this company's customer service. We are regretful of ever having purchased this software, and the ONLY reason we are keeping it is because they offer better analytics then our previous software. If you're considering this software for your solution, let me give you some advice - DONT.

This company makes me sick they lie lie lie they claimed my package was delivered to wrong address so after contacting them numerous times they sent an email saying they will resend...
Never happened never will

I have been waiting for a product since 04/2024. No product. No communication except generic responses. No resolutions. Sam companies hid behind this site. Guess $70 USD is gone to the wind.

THIS COMPANY THAT SUPPORTS PLACES LIKE LINGDASHITONG SUPPOSEDLY OUT OF FRANCE IS THE BIGGEST SCAM SITE!! I PLACED AN ORDER LAST SEPTEMBER, NEVER DID RECEIVE MY ORDER AND HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A REFUND, HOWEVER WITH ZENDESK IN THE MIDDLE WHO HAS JUST DAMN GENERIC EMAILS YOU WILL GET NO WHERE. TODAY I TRIED TO SEND A FOLLOW UP EMAIL AND GOT A ADDRESS DOES NOT EXISTS MESSAGE, SO I GUESS I AM OUT OF MY PURCHASE AND MONEY!! DONT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS OR THIS ZENDESK!!

This company is not a trustworthy company. They take your money and make excuses that your package has been delivered but then say it was delivered to the wrong address. Not once, not twice but three times now, it has been 6 months since I ordered and all that I have gotten is excuses and no package that was to be delivered in 5 to 7 days. I would be giving a minus star because they are NOT A loyal company at all!!!

We have been scammed by a webshop organisation mail.makermanor.shop and swiftfix.shop france fr. Their Customer Service Center-XIAOLING (Support) uses Zendesk to communicate as shown on the e-mail
