Frank Nanes was my go-to guy

Frank Nanes was my go-to guy! He came to my apt last eve, assessed the problem, took my laptop with him so he could access some of the things he needed to fix the problem. He worked diligently into the night and then again this morning so as to find the ideal solution. Eureeka. Computer is good as new. Frank was delightful to work together with and a dedicated professional. HIGHLY recommend!

My go-to app

Second experience with NerdApp and both have been great. Reasonable rates and friendly knowledgable Nerd. What’s not to like?!

I Like These Nerds!

First time to use Nerdapp but was very impressed.
I signed up, logged my issue and had an engineer on the phone within a few minutes...he then accessed my laptop remotely and was straight away working to resolve the issue. Really impressed and price was sensible so will definitely use again!

Very fast PC repair

Our PC was freezing and crashing every few minutes. Within a couple of hours of contacting NerdApp our PC was fixed. Angelo was very friendly and very good at fixing the computer!

Highly recommend

Highly recommend! We got our issue solved in less than 30 mins Malek E was very professional and figured out what we needed quickly when we were in a bind!

Highly recommend

Had an upload speed issue that I would have never figured out on my own. These guys were avialable right away and got it resolved. Fair price. I highly recommend them.

SAVED by NerdApp's Yhojan Nanez!

I found myself suddenly confronted with an e-mail emergency/ catastrophe: I couldn't send or receive e-mails using either Outlook or Optimum, my Internet provider, on both my PC and my cell phone. My e-mail screens were frozen, and then promptly stripped of ALL my e-mails. Yikes! Especially since I run a business from my home, and am utterly dependent on e-mail.

But I had the good fortune of connecting with NerdApp's Yhojan Nanez, who goes by the name Frank. Frank had a tussle with my computer remotely, and at first it looked as though NOTHING would work. I was in despair!

However, Frank had not only the technical expertise to solve my problem, but an excellent character trait for someone in his line of work: a REFUSAL to accept defeat at the hands of a computer program. He spent three hours trying first one possible fix, then another, until he hit on the solution.

Don't ask me what he did: I'm a technological novice (despite, actually because of, my advanced years). All I know is that I came to him with my e-mail in tatters, but left with my service fully restored on both PC and cell. And true to form, Frank wouldn't leave the job until he was satisfied that I was satisfied.

Through the dark hours with no e-mail he never lost his cool (as far as I could tell--if he was gnashing his teeth, he did so out of auditory range). He sympathized with me when I wrote him notes of fatalistic despair on his company's site, and just kept at his task, professionally and doggedly.

He and NerdApp richly deserve the five stars I'm awarding them. If I have more computer issues down the road, you can bet I will call on them again!

Very quick response; was sent a first-rate, highly-skilled guy who took a lot of trouble to solve my problem. Would have no hesitation in using nerdapp.com again.

Being a Nerd at NerdApp

I am one of the Nerds at NerdApp (started about 3 months ago) and I can't honestly express just how ingenious this concept is, even being on the other side as a Technician.

Recently, jobs have really started to pick up and there are plenty of opportunities for the technicians (AKA. Nerds) to work with wonderful customers both remotely and on-site to help them resolve their techy concerns.

The team that work behind the scenes (Kelvin, Jon and Caitlin) have put a huge amount of time and effort into the development of the app and the system as a whole. They really care about the Nerds and customers and are a very useful point of reference if you need any help regarding jobs or for customer care.

On a personal note, thank you for being so incredibly welcoming and supportive over the few months that I have been working as a technician and I look forward to seeing how you all continue to revolutionise IT Support across the world, I'm proud to be a small part of it!

Daniel was excellent

Daniel was excellent. Solved a problem that had been driven me crazy wulith Google offering zero personal help online and Rogers equally hopeless.
Very very Happy. Until I was told it was costing me more than 20 bucks. Oh well. Daniel B a champ.

Not great

Not great, people responding who couldn't come out to where I lived, others responding and then disappearing. It took quite awhile to get the right person.
