Lot's of great channels, but time to time they doesn't work. I guess you have to live with that.

I in all good faith sent my money off and was promised a tracking number and of course a box
And
Nothing.....
He has now disappeared from Messenger so I guess I've last my money to a lying cheat.
If he appears I will get him looked into as I have friends in the government

What I like about my experience with SupremeTV is the fact that (most) channels are operating well, and they do a wonderful job of having customer service available when the user has issues with their account. The majority of the problem I've had with my account were resolved when contacting customer service.
I would like for SupremeTV to lower their subscription fee.

The server connectivity is excellent, no video delays or freeze framing when down streaming. The service is guaranteed to work and the customer service for tech support is a chat away with the option to do so or submit a ticket; in addition, to 24/7 365 a year! The prices are not bad at all for the packages.

I have been using the product for a few years and it's always great for me and when/if a problem occurs I know i can count on the Admin team, especially one specific who has been the only admin to assist me idk if by coincidence or not but always there when I need help immediately there and always on point 100% of the times no delay or confusion. Never needs to go ask for further assistance just on point I need this kind of customer service in my local shops. Big shout out to Jesus Amado thank you always!!

App on tv works great is laggy on my phone

Lots of shows, lots of options to choose from. Streaming is very decent.

My very ill 80 year old husband was in a state as he couldn't access his Sat. Rugby sports channel. He went online to their chat/help line. Because of his confusion having just had a chemo treatment he got very distressed. For the next hour a delightful man, named Victor, gently took him through step by step. When he was still confused Victor had a technician, Daniel phone him and bless Daniel he showed incredible patience and expertise in getting us up and running. My compliments to Supreme for their excellent hiring of these wonderful employees.

Had this service for about 5 years and never had a problem, response time is A1
