Quality of picture good. Just slow to loading

Sport's about to start getting all my favorite channels and even more quality pictures and everything.

I renewed for the year in July it has been playing really bad this month I hope it gets better when we watch it all it does is lag it will start playing and then it will start spinning like it’s loading it wasn’t doing this before I hope it gets better

victor victor and andrew made my experience rewarding. i didnt manage to set up my free trial( im not very teckie and created my own problems) they were very patient and i hope today i can order Supreme for my two tvs in Peterborough, Canada

It is freezing all the time

Customer Support is good but I've had too many occasions where I can not view channels with or without the VPN on. Ive had temp accounts created because of this issue. I was then told oh yeah the IPTV Smarters Pro app has these issues. So then why not provide an app that doesn't have these issue or fix the app?

The various channels freeze all the time

Never connected. Spent 2.5 hours last weekend and an hour today.

UPDATE Fixed after chat with help desk. Very happy with the service!

I'm having a big problem with this t. V, it always drops. I need somebody to call me from there, because I'm very disappointed.

Live chat is great. They answered all my questions and helped me with everything I needed.

Great price and great product but the app doesn't always work properly. It will get stuck where I have to use a different app to work with SupremeTV just so I can see the content. In addition to that, I needed to block some content from my children that can be done with the SupremeTV app but when it is not working I must use the IPTV app where I am unable to block the adult content.

Support was quick and patient with my questions and problems setting up. After a few live chat texts and a pic of my tv screen they solved my issue and got me set up.

Great viewing excellent picture quality. Customer service was quick to respond when they were notified or a problem. So far no complaints great viewing experience. Cost, reasonable.
