Easy to speak to someone on phone.

Easy to speak to a very helpful advisor on the telephone. The exact policy for my needs was explained to me and now I feel confiedent that I am as fully covered as I need to be with this policy.

Really superb customer service

Paul was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He clearly knows his subject and was superb in talking me through my options and helped me take the right product which wasn't a more expensive option that I thought was right for me. Thank you Paul.

Great experience

Great experience - already had a policy which we were able to transfer to our new car, plus taking out tyre/wheel scratch/dent for a good price - representative was helpful and knowledgeable - would recommend

Good value and easy to obtain

I confused my previous review with a totally different product ! The gap insurance provided by this company is excellent value, compared to my previous one. As well as good value, the process of obtaining it was straightforward and relatively simple. I would strongly recommend this company.
