Never received the shipment after paying for shipping 2times. Never was received, FedEx did not bring the shipment despite me paying FedEx the additional fees due on delivery. At this point months and months after my order, I would never recommend Surcam Dental.

This was our first time ordering from Surcam, and we were very impressed with both the quality of the customer support and the technical expertise provided.

David was exceptional throughout the process. He took the time to thoroughly explain the different abutment options, including their indications, compatibility, and clinical applications. He answered all of our technical questions clearly and professionally, which gave us confidence in selecting the appropriate components for our cases.

What we appreciated most was his willingness to provide two implant components at no cost so we could verify compatibility with the implant systems and restorative workflow already established in our office. This allowed us to evaluate the fit and integration before making a larger commitment, demonstrating Surcam's confidence in their products and their commitment to supporting clinicians.

Excellent technical support, outstanding customer service, and a genuinely customer-focused approach. Based on this experience, we look forward to working with Surcam and highly recommend them to any dental practice looking for a knowledgeable and reliable implant partner.
