The use of the phone for both confirmation and updates is not standard these days but separates good companies from great companies in my opinion. Rezarta has great knowledge of both the insurance and pensions markets as well as all of the associated products and offering differences.
Our company and myself personally have being dealing with Sure and Alan for many years now. The service we get as a company and individually is world class .
