Very easy to communicate with. Helped with a CTW scheme bike and helped everything run smoothly.

Surge Bikes was really excellent from beginning to end of my first e-bike purchase. After my inquiry there was constant communication from Matt, also offering for me to come to store to trial the e-bike before purchase.

My e-bike was delivered quickly by a very helpful Mike and was built and ready to go. Mike gave me a fantastic walk around of the bike and it's functions and also showed me how to install the e-bike app and even showed me how to use it and where to find useful things. I also got a little goodie bag with all the manuals, information I could want and a few freebies (water bottle etc..)

All in all I would highly recommend Surge Bikes my experience was first rate. Thank you Matt, Mike and team.

I searched lots of sites before choosing surge bikes- the price for what I was looking for was very competitive but I was uncertain on a few things. Matt helped me in choosing the right option and was quick and efficient in response. The e-bike was dispatched quickly and arrived in quick time! I had a small issue that was resolved to my complete satisfaction! I have recommended to my friends.

Matt and his team (I assume there’s a team, if not next time anyone sees Matt please check he’s not hiding a Superman tee-shirt about his person) have become my new heros.
I live with a long term medical condition which is starting to affect my ability to ride longer distances, which in turn has had a great effect on my mental health. This had led me to make the decision to ‘go electric’.
I had visited and placed an order with Ribble. This order had twice been delayed due to “unavailable components” and I cancelled the order. I happened upon Surge Bikes whilst trying to source a replacement. Prices were excellent and Matt’s email response was superb - quick and informative. I placed an order and was kept up to date throughout the process from order to delivery.

The bike (Merida Scultura 400) was delivered a few days later. It was incredibly well protected in transit in a large box with lots of bubble wrap protection and shrink wrapped to a pallet. It has been superb (although I did need to adjust the gears before I could ride it) and has way exceeded the battery range quoted using it in the ‘eco’ mode.

If you are considering ordering, just do it - you’ll not be disappointed.

Matt and the team are very help full and knowledgeable. The bike was extremely well packaged and delivered on time to my front door in the Isle of Man :-) I am enjoying the bike a lot.

Recently purchased a Gazzelle 380 from Surge. Excellent service provided from start to finish. Delivery service was faultless. Bike arrived in perfect condition, I live in the North East of England so around 300miles in transit.

Bought a pair of Orbea Rise e-Bikes from Matt and the guys at Surge bikes. Excellent service and support, very helpful and knowledgeable team. Thoroughly recommend them if you after an e-Bikes.

Excellent pre and post purchase service. Bought the bike online which isn’t the best way really. However consulted Matt a few times and agreed make and size. Arrived promptly very well packed. Had a couple of queries which Matt resolved. Extremely pleased with the bike.

Right from my first visit, I was impressed with Surge Bikes. Never any sales pressure, given time to try different bikes and enough information to help 'ME' make an informed choice. These guys know their bikes. The Tern HSD P9 Performance was a perfect choice - Loving it!

Saw the reviews for Surge Bikes and visited the shop in early April, happy to make the hour drive down from Surrey. Would describe them as excellent. Saw Matt who discussed my requirements and type of riding I would be doing, the level of motor assistance required, range required and size of frame. After our discussion we agreed on the Haibike Trekking 6 High XXL frame size which they had the 2022 model in stock. They were happy to make up the bike and agreed time to test ride around their car park. All the controls and functions were explained in detail, future service requirements and expectation on life of the chain. Very impressed and bought bike immediately plus a small mini tool Blackburn Tradesman, a water bottle was thrown in free. Very relaxed experience no pressure to buy simply excellent professional advice, all staff I met were very friendly and good cup of fresh ground coffee gratefully received.

Been looking for a Focus Jam2 SL since the beginning of this year, wish I had discovered Surge Bikes earlier, brilliant service from start to finish, bike arrived on time estimated, well packed, never seen so much packing. Highly recommended.

We bought a Tern GSD from surge bikes recently. Matt was immensely helpful from first contact through to delivery and aftercare, answering all of our many questions promptly and thoroughly.
While we were waiting for delivery, the Tern distributors unfortunately went into administration. Without hesitation Surge Bikes offered us an alternative superior model at no extra cost which they had in stock, since we had previously expressed that we needed the bike quite urgently.
We would not hestitate to recommend them.

Was very happy with Matt's customer service. He was very patient with answering multiple questions before I ended up deciding going for the Tern Vektron S10. The bike also came with a few bespoke notes from Surge about tips and tricks to avoid inadvertently damaging the bike.

Would highly recommend using them. Top of the line service!

Matt was helpful and efficient, we couldn't buy a Focus e-bike locally but Surge Bikes sent it well packaged.
It was easy to assemble following the instructions on their website and I have a happy wife enjoying her new toy! I will use Surge Bikes again :)
