The guys were lovely to have around and made an excellent job of our revamped back garden. Hard working, diligent, tidy, creative and professional.

We didn’t select the cheapest quote for our major decking project but in picking Surrey Woodworks we absolutely selected the best!

From the first meeting Matt & Ed were courteous, knowledgable, timely and extremely skilled in all of their work. Our project was to remove and replace an old wooden deck that wrapped around our property with new Millboard that will last for 20 years.

The old deck proved in much worse shape than we first assumed with virtually no foundation and horrific workmanship throughout. Matt & Ed accepted every fresh challenge and solved problem after problem as they worked diligently through rain and shine with what i can only describe as true pride in their work.

The net result of three weeks work is our stunning (and extremely solid !) new deck that we'll now cherish & enjoy for many summers to come. Thanks guys, you were awesome.

We recently had Surrey Woodwork design and build this complex oak pergola and gazebo, and I genuinely couldn’t recommend them more highly.

From the very first meeting, their attention to detail was exceptional. They invested significant time in understanding exactly what we wanted, producing detailed drawings and design concepts before a single piece of timber was cut. Their ability to transform our ideas into a beautiful, practical structure was impressive.

The craftsmanship is second to none. Every joint, beam and finish demonstrates the pride they take in their work, and the quality of the oak and construction is outstanding. This was not a straightforward project, but Matt and Ed handled every aspect with professionalism, precision and care.

The finished pergola has completely transformed our garden and has exceeded our expectations in every respect.
