My wife and I visited the Sussex Beds in Worthing store. This was not our original plan, passing by we thought we might have a browse in the shop. What a pleasant surprise! We were greeted by Jessica Knight. She was very friendly and very patient. She took time to explain and she was helpful giving us the essential information about what we were looking to buy - adjustable mattresses and the adjustable bed base.
She was knowledgeable and communicated well so it did not take us long to decide from viewing and testing to placing and order.
Overall it was really a pleasant experience to deal with Jess from beginning to end.

We visited Sussex Beds showrooms at Haywards Heath and Tunbridge Wells after a recommendation from Chat GPT as to their friendliness, reliability and the quality of service. We were very glad that we did. Both Gary and Drew were brilliantly helpful, explained in great detail and were happy to let us get a feel for the perfect mattress for us. We are looking forward to our new British made, hand built mattresses.

We needed to exchange the mattress of the bed we chose after 30 days use and Sussex beds were very helpful and new mattress delivered in a timely manner. Delivery men were very respectful to our home and completed the job thoroughly. Would go to Sussex beds again.

My 98 year old mum needed a new bed had seen an advert for Sussex beds. Living in Haywards Heath it was possible for her ( with help) to visit the store . The height of the bed was crucial due to a previous fall so I contacted the store for advice . The wonderful Gary listened to her requirements and quickly advised the best option and those not suitable . I was able to email him with some details of my mums visit with her carer and he promised to look after her . He certainly did and she was delighted with the service and sale discounts . Her bed hasn’t arrived yet as she only visited a few days ago but Gary will arrange for the old bed to be removed and new one set up . The relief of my mum getting a new bed with some autonomy and being treated with respect was huge . Thank you Gary and I can see why this company get such good reviews.

Gave us time to look around then came and checked on us,great timing as we need it at that time ,then left us again to discuss our options,
Just a perfect experience

Very informative but.not pushy. A huge range of products to choose from which are well displayed with information leaflets for each bed/ mattress. The buying process was easy and pleasant. The product was delivered in two days at a specified time by very helpful and polite delivery men.

The order didn’t update online, so I was left for a week not knowing what was happening
I called the store and Darren was very helpful - no issues there
The divan is good quality
The delivery guys were very nice and helpful but I wonder if they should be allowed to plan their own journeys as they had been on a ridiculously convoluted journey….
Would have been five stars if the online bit had been more accurate

Bed arrived at warehouse earlier than scheduled. Communication good.
Delivery date extended to accommodate my timing which was in line with a later warehouse delivery date.
Installers communicated as expected; arrived and installed the bed without incident. Polite and respectful.

Had a lovely experience today.
Jessica was so kind,caring and patient towards my elderly (hard work)Mother.
She sourced a new bed and headboard for her.Needed quickly ..we thought!
But now we've been told she can't move new furniture into her property for 5 weeks. We'd like to thankyou ☺️

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Sussex Beds, and we must say that Julie provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. Her knowledge of all things beds and mattresses is truly first class. She explained in detail the make-up of each mattress, the benefits of different firmness levels, and even guided us through the best pillow options for proper support. It was clear she really knows her stuff and takes pride in sharing her expertise.

What made the visit even more enjoyable was Julie’s warmth and friendliness. She has a brilliant way of making you feel at ease while ensuring you have all the information you need to make the right choice. Her approachable manner and genuine care for customers shone through in every interaction.

We believe Julie absolutely deserves to be recognised for her superb service and should be nominated for Employee of the Month. She is a credit to Sussex Beds and made what could have been a confusing decision both enjoyable and easy. Highly recommended!

It was such a pleasure to have spoken and dealt with Jess at the store. Her product knowledge and friendliness was amazing. Jess explained well the process of purchasing our goods using the interest free scheme they offer. Stella customer service.

The shop was well stocked with a variety of different types of mattresses and complete bed sets in a range of price ranges. The salesman was knowledgeable and guided us through the whole process of buying a bed and headboard. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would gladly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a bed.

Very pleased with our new mattress . Gives my wife the extra support she needs . She sleeps better and can get in and out of bed easily now . Staff were really nice . Got good advice from Josh and I felt confident when I made the order that it was money well spent . Thank you Sussex Beds .

A Great Experience! we had, shopping for a new Bed Frame. Shout out to Jess Knight of Worthing Branch. She patiently answered all questions..there's a lot coming from the wife. hehe. We did not feel rushed. Felt valued actually.. Even suggested other products they offer. Provided more info. on the product we chose. Making sure we buy what we actually want not the one they wanted to sell. And suggested to buy it the next week as they are going on sale. How good was that!. Jess is kind, respectful and values customers. And the product is top notch too. It's a 5 Stars from me! Thank you.

I needed a new double mattress, Jessica was very knowledgeable and helpful. After trying several in my price bracket I chose a firm one, knowing I could change it if it was too firm.
Having slept on it for a few nights I'm finding it very comfortable. Also I'm less aware of discomfort I had in my neck & shoulders each morning so that's a bonus!
