I recently purchased two beds from the Maidstone store of Sussex Beds. I was impressed by the high standard of customer service and the personal attention to detail. Our experience was hassle-free and we were allowed the time to consider various options, before reaching a decision on our choice of beds. Katrina, the Store Manager, was also great at keeping us informed at all stages of the ordering and delivery process. John and Mark, who delivered our beds, were polite and professional, clean and tidy in their approach, and took extreme care in ensuring the beds were installed correctly and in removing all packaging, old beds etc. I would highly recommend Sussex Beds

Bexhill branch staff are always so helpful and friendly. They always provide a professional and excellent service. The delivery team kept us informed with emails and a call just before they arrived.

In store when I ordered the bed in Worthing , served by Sonia , who was extremely helpful and gave very good advice. She has served me before a few years ago as well, and she was just as helpful then.
The delivery was quicker than expected short of two weeks and the actual delivery and assembly of the bed went very well.
The two delivery guys were very helpful, polite, knew exactly what they were doing.
Rang 30mins before delivery and nothing was too much trouble.
Would highly recommend this company.

Super helpful staff on both visits to the showroom. No hard sell just good old fashioned advice and help in making the right decision regarding our new bed - quite refreshing !!

the whole experience of shopping in at Sussex Beds was great, lots of information and advise, but not pushing for a sale, which is why a choose to buy the bed in the end.

I can’t speak highly enough of Ian at the Portslade showroom. He is knowledgeable, professional and genuinely friendly, and he makes the whole process straightforward and efficient.

This is my second purchase from Sussex Beds. I returned purely because of the excellent experience I had two years ago, which, coincidentally, was also with Ian.

We were looking for a new mattress and bed. There was no pressure unlike bigger chains we tried and the staff were just around to answer questions which made it easy

Everything from first to last was done with professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness. Should have added Ian Hay was instrumental in all this.

We had fantastic service from the staff at the Haywards Heath branch when burying our new bed. Knowledgeable and helpful staff also gave us the space to think about our decision and test out lots of options.

Great prices great staff reliable service

Mark Curtis was very friendly and helpful. However, I was not impressed with the delivery men as they did not take their shoes off went entering my property

Great customer service and no pushy sales

Very pleased with service provided. Attentive staff and good choice at their Worthing branch so it was easy to experience each mattress before making a decision. Swift delivery and the guys who called were very careful and removed old bed and packaging. Would definitely recommend.
