My mother contacted Sussex Wills and organised a power of attorney back in the early spring and has heard nothing since. She has contacted Radford several times to no avail. Almost seems like he isn't interested in returning calls or emails. My parents are not in good health and wanted the power of attorney sorted as quick as possible but nothing whatsoever. We know these things take months but now 6 months have passed and no news or even a phone call to let us know what's happening. You were quick enough to relieve my parents of their £700 fees. Are you scammers? We will be taking this further.

Given they are a ‘not for profit’ company, the services sounded very reasonably priced. When I took my mother for her appointment we both found Radford to be understanding, knowledgeable and professional. From my first contact with Sussex wills to form a living trust I found that they were very efficient and friendly. My many questions were answered in a way I could understand and the whole process went very smoothly despite holdups due to the current situation.

We were told early on that we were eligible for a free will with an option to pay an extra fee for it to be looked at by a legal team but at no point in the process did we feel obligated to pay for any optional service.
Our will writer paid attention to our requests and re-drafted the will several times before sending us through the final copy.
