Quick service,great customer service and awesome products

I have suffered for many, many years with lumbar stenosis……post surgery. In Sept. of 2022 the stenosis reached my cervical spine and has caused weakness and atrophy in my right arm and hand (my dominate arm and hand) and neck pain. I bought the Sutera pillow as a last resort to be able to sleep on my back because I’ve always slept on my left side and knew it was causing my back pain. The Sutera pillow has allowed me to retrain my sleeping position to my back and my lumbar pain has subsided significantly and my neck pain has improved amazingly. I have only used this Sutera pillow for under a month and I can now move about my day almost completely pain free without any meds. I’m a retired R.N. and have been through so many pain meds and injections for my back that I had given up hope of ever being pain free. My family and friends have asked me what happened because they can see such a difference in my face and my posture since I’ve been using this miracle pillow. I don’t know how long this pain free experience will last but I am so grateful for the relief I am experiencing now. I have given the extra pillow I bought to a friend of mine and it has been amazing for him too. I can absolutely recommend this Sutera pillow both from my experience and professionally. I wish I had the opportunity to try this years ago. I am a happy believer.

I was born with a reverse curve in the neck area of my spine. I have always had a hard time sleeping until I purchased this pillow. It works really nice for me. I love it.

Great shower mat and makes me feel safe in the shower especially after reverse total shoulder replacement surgery!

For me it was their level of service. I ordered 2 pillows for my wife and myself. We both have serious neck problems and I was hoping these pillows would give us some relief. They looked great. The conture was good but we did not get a good nights sleep. I called Sutera and explained the problem and that I'd like to return them. NO PROBLEM they said. If they are not right for you we will take a small service charge, I think it was $9.45 and they credited my account for the purchase. This a GOOD COMPANY worthy of your business

Best pillow ever! I can't express how much better I sleep with this pillow. I will never buy another kind of pillow.

I have been searching for a better bath towel since purchasing the scrubbing towels from Japan. However, these towel are really hard on the skin especially the facial area. I can across the ad from Sutera on Facebook and decided to give it a try. At first, the price seemed a bit high but they offered the buy 2 and get one free deal. I decided to give it a try and have not regretted making this choice. The towel suds well and the length enables you to give your back a good scrub. Facial scrubbing leaves your face soft and smooth. To me, this is really the selling point of this towel. Do your good friends a favor and let them try the Sutera towel. I'm sure that they will really appreciate your kindness and concern.
Excellent product, well worth the money spent!!

I was scrolling and saw the Sutera pillow online. I have had such a painful right shoulder from injury that gets worse from sleeping on it. After just a few days using this pillow, my pain has greatly reduced. Keeps my head and shoulders so well aligned while side sleeping, Makes for a great nights sleep. Thanks for a great product for the price. LM

I have become obsessed with this brand. It started with the amazing hair towel. Best towel ever for my super thick hair. I used to dread washing my hair because I would have to allow an extra 30 min to blow dry it. With the Sutera hair towel I barely have to take 5 min for a quick blow dry after letting my hair sit in the towel. Loved it so much I bought another five to give as gifts to my daughters and granddaughters as Christmas gifts. They all love their towels and are amazed at how fast their hair drys and how soft it is. I have since bought bath towels, Hand towels, and wash cloths as well as the Japanese scrub. Love their products!!

These stone bath mats are high quality and well made. Great value for the price. They perform as designed and are super easy to care for. I wish I’d known about these YEARS ago! These will be go to items on my gift list for birthdays and Christmas!

I ordered the Sutera shower bombs for all of my (siblings) families Xmas stockings and my own family. Plus all my neighbor friends I exchange gifts with. We all love them and I plan on ordering more.

The wash cloth is so soft when wet and removes all my dead skin without any damage. The long length makes washing my back a breeze. I feel invigorated after my shower.

Before purchasing I asked a few questions about how to clean their bath stone if it became soiled with blood or urine. They were very helpful, quick to respond and detailed on how to clean it and I purchased the stone mat. As soon as I unpacked it and placed it in the bathroom my son had a nosebleed right on the mat! It was easy to clean and I was very impressed. The mat has helped to keep the bathroom safer from all the puddles we slipped in and soggy rugs that would slide (my boys like to throw water at each other in the bathroom 🙈). After using the mat I felt as if the stone was bending under my weight (could just be my imagination but I’m a heavier set woman), I realized I had forgotten to ask the other important question I ask before purchasing certain items…how much weight can the stone mat hold? I sent them an inquiry and they were again very quick to respond. I was informed the mat holds 500kg of weight which is over 1000 lbs. It was such a relief! I am very satisfied with our purchase of the stone mat and plan to purchase another when our upstairs bathroom is finished. Thank you Sutera for making my home a bit safer! 💟🙏🏻

The product was everything they said it would be. Top notch experience.

My experience with this company is terrible.
Firstly I was promised free shipping on the website, however when I confirmed the order - I saw that they charged 19.99USD for shipping. I have contacted them requesting a refund and they said that it was on the way and should arrive in 3-5 days.
After 2 weeks of no refund for shipping arriving I have contacted them again. Still nothing.
3 weeks from order date I still had no refund for the free shipping I was promised and no tracking number for the goods purchased. I have contacted them again and only then have they informed me that they have nots shipped my package since they do not deliver to my country! I have then requested for a full refund.
It has been a week since then and 4 weeks since I made the original purchase. I have not received refund neither have I got the product.
I believe that if I have not reached out to them requesting refunds they were intending to keep the money I paid for products I have not received.
I believe they are still intending to do so!

The pillow is very comfortable, and it’s helped both my wife and my snoring tremendously, also like the cut outs for your hands/wrist, highly recommend, they also shipped a second set because they could not confirm delivery of the first set, great consumer service experience, all around good experience with this company and would buy their buy again

The product works as advertised. It looks great on the bathroom floor and it dries the feet of the person coming out of the shower. Also, it doesn't get damp or sopping wet.

Those are the best towels i could have ever ordered! I’m planning to buy more when they’ve kore colors available.
The company is very kind and trustworthy. When i made a mistake they promptly helped me. I’m a forever costumer of this brand !!
