No customer communications

Placed an order for Rs. 1098.00 worth of Shrewsbury biscuits and kharis. No reply from Swad and no delivery. It's a scam. Please highlight this widely.

🚨 FRAUD ALERT: Takes Prepaid Orders, Locks Address Parameters, and Completely Ghosts Customers! 🚨

Do not spend a single rupee on swadindia.in! This storefront is operating a highly deceptive e-commerce scam model. They lure you in with premium imported food items, capture your advance payments instantly via the PayU gateway, and then initiate an absolute, intentional communication blackout.

I placed a prepaid order (#20770) for 2 units of Lotus Biscoff Milk Chocolate Bars on September 12, 2026, totaling Rs. 1,198.00. Immediately upon checkout, their backend website script glitched and hard-locked an incorrect delivery PIN code (400045 instead of my profile's actual correct PIN, 400057).

I spent nine continuous days dispatching multiple formal address-correction notifications to their support email. Their desk completely ghosted my files. Worse, their advertised corporate WhatsApp help line is a totally dead, unmonitored setup designed to trap buyers in an unread loop.

When I finally took the matter public on their Instagram handle (@swadindia.in) to demand accountability, their immediate internal reaction was to completely block and disable comments across their entire account to silence victims and hide the truth from potential new buyers, rather than processing my refund!

I have officially filed a formal legal case with the Ministry of Consumer Affairs under National Consumer Helpline (NCH) Docket Number: 10222421. I have also raised a formal non-delivery chargeback dispute directly with the senior risk, support, and nodal officer desks at PayU India to freeze their payment gateway privileges.

I have officially REJECTED any future delivery attempts from this fraudulent brand. If you have been scammed by them, bypass their fake customer service entirely and file immediate complaints with the NCH and PayU to choke off their cash flow. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE!

Fraud website, DO NOT purchase anything sends wrong/lesser quantity and expired items. Google has done nothing to stop this.

This is regarding *Order #20656, Confirmed on 1st Sept 2025* - 33 x Evocus Black Alkaline Water - Total INR 6,567.00

It has been 14 days and my order is still showing "Confirmed - We're preparing these items for shipping" with no tracking, no dispatch, and no proper response.

This is clear deficiency of service.

*Consider this final notice. Within 24 hours you must provide:*
1. Live tracking / AWB number for Order #20656, OR

*If you cannot ship, refund full INR 6,567 within 48 hours to original payment method.*

If I do not receive either, I will be forced to:
1. File a formal complaint on National Consumer Helpline (NCH 1915) / INGRAM under Consumer Protection Act 2019 for Order #20656
2. Raise a chargeback / fraud dispute with my bank for this transaction
3. Post detailed review with invoice and order screenshots on public platforms

I am expecting a written confirmation today with a clear date - not a template reply.

Completely Fake website, I made a cyber complaint against this fraud site and whatsapp number

Do not Order from them. I repeat… DO NOT ORDER from this website. They are scam artists and cheats. I placed my order worth 2500, a month back and no update on my order.
They don’t have a phone number you can reach on to know the status. Just an WhatsApp bot and that bot obviously doesn’t answer your queries. After a few days someone replied that we are facing unexpected issues with your order with regards to customs and that’s why it’s delayed. No resolution timeline, no further status update, no communication at all.
I have written multiple emails to them, sent multiple messages and Even messaged them on Instagram asking about my order or saying that if you are unable to fulfill it, then cancel and give my money back…. And all communication has been met with zero response.
I’m so disgusted with their behaviour, that i am going to file a complaint against them on consumer forum.
Please guys…. Save yourself the horror and your money and don’t think about dealing with them at all.

Its fraud, ordered for Rs 1000+ and its more than 2 months, I have not received my order. They do not have any contact number to check the status and they do not respond back to emails as well, Im planning to register formal complain.

This is a fraud company. DO NOT order from them. They take payments and do not send the peoduct. No ine from their end end responds to the customer service nos or emails.
Paid Rs 1000 and despite repeated emails and calls product was not delivered.

This company is a total fraud and should be taken to the consumer court. Very similar to the experiences shared by people here, I also made an order on 3rd April but the order is still showing pending in July. They are not responding on WhatsApp and email and have taken the payment in advance. This is a pure online scam and the company’s conduct should be highlighted to government agencies.

Swadindia.in is fraud , I ordered 536rs chocolate to deliver tamilnadu and they took full payment from the beginning itself. 18 may ordered still not delivered today is 25th may. Im totally frustrated because got cheated by them. No mail response and WhatsApp response.

This company is a scamster. They take orders and full payment and DO NOT deliver. They took Rs 2950/- from me and assured that items will be delivered by 16th April. It is now 17th May and I am still waiting for those items. They do not respond to emails or WhatsApp messages. Scamsters. Legal action should be taken.

I had a terrible experience with this website. I placed an order, but it was never delivered. What’s worse, there has been absolutely no response from their side despite multiple attempts to contact them through email, phone calls, and even WhatsApp.

This level of unresponsiveness is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the business. I strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid ordering from this site. It appears to be unreliable and potentially fraudulent.

Fraud company, Did not deliver any products that I ordered on 14th March 2026. No response to any messages sent either thru whats app and mail. Pathetic service and not trust worthy.
