Unacceptable service
More then three week complete ignore about damaged product, no apology neither any resolve, just silence from email, Instagram both business page and the owner. I’ve never wrote bad review in my life, as I’ve never had that treatment from a company.

Nice product - floral fusion serum , texture & scent are pleasant to use . Good for hydration & sensitive skin .
Shipping is however very slow .

Basil & Cassia | Antioxidant Face Serum Stick
Hi. I recently purchased Basil & Cassia | Antioxidant Face Serum Stick, the stick doesn't come out at all. It's my first time using this and it is disappointing. The product seem to have this issue. I can't even get to use it at all.

Great plant based organic products
I have been looking for products that are adapted to my skin for a while and I am so happy I finally found something that can help me to have beautiful and natural looking skin. The brand is 100% plant based - very organic and it is very well reflected in the quality of the products. I used the Papaya & the pineapple cleanser and exfoliate and it feels amazing :)!

Toda la vida yo me he limpiado la cara como lo hacía mi mamá, con agua de rosas. Esta rutina me gusta y me ha servido mucho. Mi hija descubrió esta marca de cuidado para la piel y me la recomendó mucho. Cuando vi los precios, lo pensé 2 veces pero mi hija insistió porque es una empresa que cuida al planeta. Y estoy muy feliz que lo haya hecho. Compré 3 productos, el Eau de Fleur y el set Floral Fusion, el serum y la crema. Ahora cada mañana y noche siento como si mi baño se transformara en un jardín de flores. Los productos huelen y se sienten natural. Es como ponerme rosas directamente en la piel. Siento como mi cara está mejor hidratada y el efecto dura todo el dia. Hasta me está ayudando a quitar algunas manchas que me han salido con el paso de los años. Estoy encantada! Lo recomiendo muchísimo.
